I'm stopping the series here. While the art is very beautiful and there are some absolutely amazing panels, I just can't get into it.

I'm not drawn into the story or the characters (though Adult/Future Risuka is the only character I have any passing interest in). And yeah the art is great but sometimes it's so busy I can't tell what's happening half the time.

It's all probably a me thing but I'm just not feeling this series.

Very interesting. It is a fantasy with noir undertones, splatter and cannibalism. Kugi is a cynic and a psychopath. But he has found a tough and diabolical opponent. So Risuka is doomed to be subjugated? I hope she fights back. Final twist!
