I read S Tower's Mad Science Institute & backed him on Kickstarter. Not sorry! This short book of short stories provides keen insight into the motivations of major & (thank you!) minor characters, many of whom are in The Non-Zombie Apocalypse (sequel). My fav: Brick's background.

This is a really good introduction to what I
really really hope is a book series.
Now to go look up if is it.

But before I go, great characters and intriguing
look into an alternate modern world.

I liked these short stories (even better than I liked the novel), because they are all tight and punchy, imaginative and 'attitudey,' and they build character so well. Four thumbs up!
