Writing Digital Inside Out was both energizing and deeply personal.
After years of leading large scale digital transformations, I wanted to step back and reflect on what actually makes change stick. Again and again, I saw that technology was not the limiting factor. Clarity, alignment, and leadership were.
I genuinely enjoyed writing this book because it gave me the space to connect real world experience with practical guidance.
