Dr. Lars Heim was born in Braunschweig on May 25, 1989. After completing a bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in business administration in 2012 at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, he graduated with a master's degree (M.Sc.) in marketing from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 2013. Subsequently, he went through various positions in business in the fields of consulting, project management and marketing. In 2016, he founded veggieflash.de, a company that developed and marketed a kitchen aid for students. In parallel, he completed a part-time master's degree (M.Sc.) in business psychology, which he graduated in 2017. From mid-2017, he was an academic staff member and doctoral student in the Department of Business Administration and Corporate Management at Clausthal University of Technology and co-initiator of the Clausthal Executive School (CES). In 2021, he co-founded the startup Aeon Robotics together with Dr.-Ing Sönke Michalik and Dr.-Ing Sören Michalik which focuses on modular robotics, artificial intelligence, drive technology and smart components.
