2 stars just for the EFT technique mentioned...


But i don't think any smoker can quit smoking by using this book. Though, i would love to meet one , who has.

Books written by Author who never smoked and so never attempted quitting are just bunch of advises about what are the evils of smoking , which every smoker already knows. What he wants is a real person who has smoked and quit and then tells them, this is how i have done it.

Smokers- give it a Try, it might work for you ,even if it didn't work for me !!!
