At the end of the day, it’s people who sell, not frameworks nor AI

If you’re overcomplicating sales with shiny frameworks and AI hacks, this book will feel like a breath of fresh air. I’m not in sales, but I’ve read my share of books to understand how reps think. Somewhere along the way, the endless talk of metrics, efficiency, and automation started feeling… off. Like we’d forgotten the human on the other side.

This book calls that out. It keeps what’s useful from frameworks but anchors everything in honest, relatable stories (and those stories convey well what you probably expect from the book). Sure, the author plugs their coaching program here and there, but it doesn’t get in the way. If sales is your craft, treat this as your starter kit and the coaching as your practice field.
