Interesting point of view on diet and nutrition. He has a very specific eating plan that I am not sure I agree with, but I am sure it would be okay if you were living in a place where all the variety of foods on his example menus were able to be bought. Basically he comes down to the same as most other Nutrition books: "When we eat the right kind of foods, they will balance the body chemistry, the health level will improve, and the weight will become normalized." Reduce portions, exercise, and eat more veggies and fruit than meat and grains. Pretty simple and he allows for 'living' and eating things that you know are not good for you, but every once in a while (not every day or every week) they will not hurt you.
