This book definitely had a unique story line. I don't think there is another book out there that even comes close to this story's twist.

I started this series by reading the first one (obviously) and then I had to wait for this one. I spent many days counting down till I could finally get my hands on it. Of course it met all my expectations and even a little more.

One of my most favourite things about this book would have to be the characters. Each one plays an important role and helps the story along. Although I did miss reading about Lena and Alex from the first book however it was still good.

The story had a lot of good aspects to it such as its characters and unique storyline, however I do have to say that the story had quite a slow start and therefore made the end of the novel feel rushed in a way.

On a good note though I do recommend this book!

I couldn’t wait to read the second story to this series! It didn’t disappoint in any way other than the ending of it seems so rushed and bam 💥 done. The characters are all unique in their own way that makes the story more engaging. For me it’s now to obtain book three and find out what happens. Happy reading!

While this sequel retains the eerie and familiar elements of the first book, it stumbles in execution. Despite an interesting premise, the story lacks substance and depth. While I enjoyed the first book, this one unfortunately fell flat, leaving me uninterested in continuing the series.

I fell in love with this series in book one and I was super excited to see how book two would carry on the changes faced by all the characters.
The concept for this is just out of this world! It's completely original and new, I was so very excited to start the series!
In book two we pick up right after book one ends and I will have to say, this one didn't quite live up to the greatness that was book one.
I felt that there were several parts I was confused on, as in what in the world just happened? It's like some parts just came out of nowhere and I really thought I had missed something. I found myself re-reading parts because of that feeling.
Once I got over that, and I kept reading on, I found that there are a LOT of things happening in the storyline. I think that the concept was amazing, and that the emotions are well portrayed, just that the delivery was shortened. Maybe if it had been extended I wouldn't have felt so rushed in the story.
I still really liked it! I will stand by my initial assessment that this is very entertaining and engaging story. I am going straight way to read the next one!
