if I could give it 0 stars I would. this book has all the earmarks of being AI generated slop. there are em dashes galore, numerous instances of the "it's not x, it's y" sentence structure, and repeated times I've seen the examples in 3's trope used. The fact that one of the authors is "Airplane Mode" and that nearly all of the 16 "365 days of" books in the series have been made between 2024 and 2025 point to this being a cheap cash grab.
Moreover this seems insulting to the subject matter at hand. Instead of a contemplative reflection on the text from someone who has applied their own perspective, this book serves up machine-generated stolen opinions and algorithmic word salad devoid of thought or feeling. This book represents everything I hate about the technology and is low-effort garbage masquerading as an original idea.
