Great Stuff ... Lots of wonderful plans

Great collection of ideas for cooking on a ceramic grill. I have read many books and been cooking for years ... But I found many great new ideas. Thanks

Does not present well on Kindle

Most of the pages are light yellow with white font so the characters cannot be seen. I don't know if this was presented poorly by Kindle or a bad choice for the physical book as well.
