When Zeus received a phone call informing him that Dio was in trouble, he put everything on the back burner to go to New York and wreak havoc. Of course, the crew followed him, because Dio was like their little brother, too.
I felt so bad for Dio, because he was stuck between two dimensions. I do think that he needed that time away, in order to put various aspects of his life into perspective. I also loved the conversations that each member had with Dio. It showed a softer, more human side.
As for Sasha, I think she was a tad bit selfish in her approach to this situation. She, of all people, knew what Zeus was going thru and her temper tantrums were a little excessive.
The verdict is still out on Samara, but I’m hoping for the best.
I can’t get enough of this series by @authortatiana.

I’m addicted to the entire series
Man, this young man right here I’m telling y’all at first I wasn’t with him because he reminded me so much of a YN. And I can’t really get into the YN shenanigans so it hurt my heart the long way to see this man go through all of these different emotions and obstacles, knowing that he had the full support of his family, but you know sometimes you have to live and learn. This is a journey if you haven’t read the zoo boys then you will be totally lost. You gotta start from the day ones.

Dear I say… this just might be my favorite book of them all. I didn’t think anything could top Chevy’s story, but Dionysus is right up there—maybe even higher. From start to finish this book had me pacing back and forth, hand over my mouth, completely on edge. The twists, the brotherhood, the raw emotions—Tatiana knows how to keep a reader locked in. I felt every moment in my chest, and when I tell you I couldn’t put it down… whew

Blue and Orange - Endings and New Beginnings
The moment this dropped, I rushed to my Kindle—I couldn’t start reading fast enough! I didn’t think anyone could top Chevy for me, but Dio absolutely did. After all his bad decisions and reckless living throughout the series, I kept wondering if he’d ever get it together. That last book left his life literally hanging in the balance.
In this book Dio is fighting himself for his life. Talk about a scared straight moment! Also this book is full of emotional twists—new relationships are forming while others fall apart. Lack of trust and being self centered takes its toll and the Zoo Boys and some of the women are learning the hard lesson if you don’t trust who you’re with or put in the work to keep it solid, you’ll lose it. Period.
And them Zoo Boys? Still wild, still hot-headed, still with the “shoot first, figure it out later” energy. No matter what’s already in motion—good, bad, whatever—they’re riding all the way.
The tension between the Zoo Boys and the Cove Boys is building, and it’s clear: only one crew will be left standing when it all goes down.
This series has me completely locked in. I’ve been devouring the last few books back to back, even losing sleep. I truly enjoyed this read and can’t wait for what’s next - Blue and Orange!

Second Chances are Blessings!!
Many believe in second chances, I know I do but when all said and done, the higher has the final say. With mental illness being so real, the biggest battles are the ones we have with SELF. We are our worst critic ~ Let’s chat!
Dio, my YN was struggling with self and the choice he made. He was trying to handle everything on his own but only continued to sink 🫣. We all have been there at one point in our life and knowing the help was there. This was no different with Dio. Knowing his brother Zeus and the Zoo was there for him, my guy wanted to handle on his own. However, NY wasn’t what he expected and boy did he get himself in some mess that caused him to lay down and fight. What I loved was the fact he was able to hear all that was being said out needed to be and couldn’t stop it. The hard truth is never what anyone wants to hear. Accountability is the key and he had face, take and accept it. Not only did he have to face his actions, he needed to accept that he was in love with Samara 🥰! Ya girl saved him and didn’t even know it. I was so happy when he finally accepted those feelings. Let me not forget the way he set her up to start fresh in Toussaint with Zaria & Chevy. Learning she accepted his offer and she was safe was another reason for him to fight and I was one of his cheerleaders 🥹! Oh but once learning another man was getting her attention ya boy was not having it and honestly I wasn’t either. I’m just saying! Let’s not forget that application essay, babe that there had me teary eyed as he was describing the life threatening battle he just faced!
Samara aka Mars the Star, I just love her energy. My girl is lost but she’ll be good ☺️! Her accepting Dio offer made me happy 😉! The way she loved her some him was beautiful and I was here for it. My girl had no issue speaking up for herself and she was not going to let anyone talk to her crazy 🤏🏾, not even my man Chevy! Her love for painting is what got her through her rough times but Dio was who saved her! 🥰! Even though she didn’t really know what her life would consist of or where she was with Dio , she knew she wanted to use her opportunity to do better for self and I was happy for her. Despite her feeling for Dio my girl just wanted to live life but when she decided to hang with the ops Keith, I was in my feeling and mad 😡! Like girl what are you doing? Get it together, you’re not that desperate for attention! Not knowing his fate and thinking the worst, when that day came when Chevy returned home and she got the surprise of her life, the tears started rolling 🥲! Honestly that all I was waiting on was his return to her! Oh but when that special day came and she did what she did, I was mad and hope her day was ruined 🫣(I said what I said), but when all said and done it turn out for the best and I’m here for it.

He did what he could, but when you constantly try to guide someone right but they always went left, what are you to do. That’s exactly what Dio did when Zu tried to help along with the other Zoo Boyz! Now I’m not ignoring the short coming cause more could’ve been done, but we have to look at it from the outside, Zu was his brother and not his father. My guy was ready to tear NY up and did just about that when at the hospital. Listen that part there had my full attention cause they were not playing with the cartel at all and honestly the cartel could do nothing but respect their Zoo Boyz gangsta 🤣🫣! Oh but that day when Zu had to make probably the hard decision of his life! I was not ready and honestly had to put the book down cause I did want to know 😔! After dealing with Dio and my guy had to deal with his own issues, but I’ll leave them thoughts for the next book!
Now for all the other part within the read! I honestly didn’t feel sorry for Bianca as she made her own bed BUT to learn on who cause it made my heart hurt! Tameka herself was lost and brought her relationship with her daughter to herself. That lack of connection was on her and sad it took this to happen for her to realize her wrong doing! Then Boogie, he was slow 🤣 don’t mean to laugh but hey. He had many warnings that Dio had people that love him and will ride for and about him. He had to find out the hard way and he learned today 🫣! When I say this wasn’t an easy read, but really not a hard read, I mean that! It just touched some personal experience that I’ve dealt with. Like always Tatiana never disappoints and I’m ready for the world she’s creating!

Man .. this was a rollercoaster! Whoo! 🫣 Im so glad samara made the right decision to go live wit zaria and chev! Mi fav couple by the way! I knew once zoo touched dwn! They was all gas no brakes about dio! Tameka thought she was playin bossladi! Her choices was reckless! She killed the love of her life to keep frm tell sergio wht he alreadi knew🤦🏾♀️ well they all had a reunion because Felipe, Tameka, and Bianca r reunited! 🤷🏽♀️ Boogie well it was ja a matter of time b4 the reaper caught him! I hate his wife and child had to suffer because of his choices. This book was well put together and thought out because the stortline is fue, dio had no choice but to sit in his thoughts and reflect on the direction his life goin and I'm glad he came out seein differentli! U did tht because i thought he was a goner and the zoo was gon burn NY dwn lol had mi in tears in the previous book 😂. I cnt get enuf of these characters! Navi and Preach🤦🏾♀️ she better str8in up b4 smeone else slide in or is it too late? 🤔..zu and sasha well he let his emotions get the best of him and instead of hearin sasha out, he reacted and it costed him her, the onli female he actualli love! 🤦🏾♀️ I love dio essay! Dionysus vs Demon'ysus
Whew, it was touch and go there for a moment. I was anxious at the beginning... would Dio conquer the "in between?" The demons this young boy faced were treacherous, and to see him come out the other side with a better mindset was pleasing! Tameka...got what she deserved. Horace/Boogie...got what he deserved. Bianca, I'm ambivalent about her. Sergio was a gentleman demon because that scene was CRAZY!! I love the connection Dio and Samara - Mars the Stars have. Is Keith a good dude? Probably, but I need him to take that "L" like a man and allow Dio and Samara to figure things out. I love that Chevy has really embraced her too. Now Preach and Naavi and Zeus and Sasha need to get it together! That stunt Sasha pulled was a cover for not telling Zeus what she really needed to say, and what he deserves to know. Now, Preach showing up at Church Girl's shop was a bit of an Easter egg...is this further complications for his already complex relationship? Why is The Zoo relationships being tested?? Now, back to the Cove for more pew, pew, pew!😂😂😂Happy Reading Y'all!💋

I didnt think that any book (in this series) was going to top Chevy and the energy and the emotions from his book but Dio did!! From the dedication to the end I was on an emotional rollercoaster!
Dio was like the hothead lil brother and he got on my nerves in the Zoo Boyz series I’m not gone lie! Now we get to really see that Dio’s biggest demon was himself and we get to see him evolve and it’s so heartbreaking and beautiful to watch at the same time!
Just when you think everything is finally coming together, relationships start falling apart! Zeus and Sasha can never seem to get it right and she’s moving like she wasn’t in the wrong…did Zeus overreact yes he did but we all know how he is when it comes to his brother not making excuses tho…
Bishop and Chevy seem to be following in their mothers footsteps with this beef, in a perfect world I feel like the Cove and the Zoo can coexist but where’s the drama in that!!

A rollercoaster of emotions!
I am a Zoo Stand. I feel like if they had applications. I'd be filling one out. I can't ride but I'd drive the trailer. That being said. Did! Man ! His life lesson was in full effect and kicking his ass. I still want him in therapy. He's still broken and too much has happened not for him to fill in those emotional potholes. Samara needs to find her voice. She is the key to peace on the Cove. She could unite Bishop & Chevy against that crazzy-ass Quinton. I'm looking forward to what happens next. The Zoo, Bishop and his crew and the extended characters in Toussaint.

DIONYSUS had me pacing the room, clutching my chest, and whispering “ain’t no way” more than once. I thought we lost my baby. From the very first phone call, I knew Zeus wasn’t going to rest until the truth about Dio came to light, and baby, the things he uncovered. Explosive. Dio wasn’t just out here Wildin', he was knee deep in something that could crack foundations. This wasn’t just about secrets, it was about survival, brotherhood, and facing your demons head-on.
This book was gritty and raw. It showed what happens when your consequences finally catch up and you gotta decide who you’re gonna be before the streets decide for you.

Speechless
I have been on this ride since book one. Of all the guys Dio was my LEAST FAVORITE! After both of his books I grew to love him. He’s complicated and he truly has depth as a character. From his struggles to his mental health. To see him love Mats the star enough to put her first was beautiful. He was willing to give her what she needed when all the chips were stacked against her. The electricity that floes between them is awesome. So many truths were revealed in this book and I love how storylines were set up for each brother. Here we go. It’s about to get crazyyyyyy.

When The Family Comes Together
This book made smile because Dio is back & healing!!!…
I didn’t know how to feel about Bianca, despite the foolishness she pulled, but it was step daddy that made the decision!!!…
Boogie and Tameka got exactly what they deserved, a big ole dose of karma!!!…
I love that he is thinking about a future and understanding that he can lean on his family when he is struggling!!!…
I was hoping Sasha and Zu would get it together!!!…I’m still holding out hope for them though!!!…
Chevy stepped up as I knew he would and is making sure that Samara is comfortable and letting her know she is not going back to the way she used to be!!!…

This book is apart of the Zoo Boys/Parkside Cove Universe. I would say that this is book 7 in Zoo Boyz BUT you have to have to read "Cove City : Volume I" before you read this book. In this installment we continue where Dio's first book left off and where "Cove City : Volumn I" ended. The bedside convos were my favorite. They were funny yet heartfelt. Bodies was dropping like flies in this one. Hold on to your helmet, this ride goes fast. This is a no skips allowed series, be sure you are reading these books order.

Demon'ysus vs Dionysus
Dio growth in this book was everything. The way the Zoo (the original 5) came to New York and stood on business behind Dionysus was exhilarating. The way that Serigo handled Tameka for the lies & infidelity. 👏🏾
I can't wait to read how the orange & blue manage to co-exist in Cove. Also, I'm curious to see if Zeus & Freckles and Preach & Navi can mend their relationship. I have hope for Zeus & Freckles, but I think Preach may be interested in getting to know the salon owner.
Dio growth in this book was everything. The way the Zoo (the original 5) came to New York and stood on business behind Dionysus was exhilarating. The way that Serigo handled Tameka for the lies & infidelity. 👏🏾
I can't wait to read how the orange & blue manage to co-exist in Cove. Also, I'm curious to see if Zeus & Freckles and Preach & Navi can mend their relationship. I have hope for Zeus & Freckles, but I think Preach may be interested in getting to know the salon owner.

A rollercoaster of emotions!
Wow this was deep! I really thought Dio was no more! Sasha, Navi, Zeus and Preach are all going thru a lot, not sure if they will get their HEA! Bianca ended up destroyed by her own mama, Tameka was definitely selfish and a trip and she got her karma swiftly. Keith keeps trying where he would never succeed or compete because the heart wants what it wants and I am waiting for the truth to come out about Soho! I'm really enjoying the collaboration of The Zoo boys and The Cove. It will be good to see what happens next. Definitely a great series!!

Forgiveness!

I enjoyed this book. I cried and felt frustration, but it was all worth it to meet the Zoo Boys!!!!! I read these in the wrong order, but I am going back to know my guys better. Meeting Dionysus first felt right for me. From the start, I thought he was the sweetest guy regardless of his demons. I am very happy with the ending of his story!! Samara was my girl from jump and I am happy for her ending as well!! Loved it.

Dio 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 i’m so glad he FINALLY found himself even though it almost took him out he fought. Watching the love between Samara and Dio finally reach to where it should’ve been made me so happy they belong with each other. I don’t feel bad for what happened to Bianca or her family it was a complete shitshow of a family smh. Now with Chevy coming from family with money is shocking to me so ima have to dig a bit more into Chevy. I hope Dio and Samara last 🔥🧡

I did not expect any less than what I got. Those individual conversations that the fellas had when Dio was in that coma brought me to tears. The demise of Tameka & Bianca was a chef's kiss. I'm so proud of the person that emerged from that coma. He's going to be just what he was meant to be, a leader.

Boy to man
This was everything, I was so rooting for Dio that he would overcome those demons he battled. His character developed so well. Not only him but so did Zeus. Now it was a couple of surprises I never expected. All in all it was a wonderful read. Ready for the next installment!

Impeccable
The way Tatiana takes you through every emotion from deep sorrow to bent over cackling. This by fair is one my top 3 in her universe. I can’t even tell you how you have to expect the unexpected and then boom you are hit with another puzzle piece. Your art is truly amazing! May the merge of orange and blue continue.

i'm a little upset that you Ms or Mrs T, won't let Zeus be happy like everyone else, well except Preach and I kinda wasn't surprised by them. But you have done Z dirty twice, can he eventually get his happy ever after, at this point I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't with Sasha, cause I felt like she should have answered his call...

Versus
This was definitely a versus battle. Not just for Dio but Samara and Sasha as well. This was emotional but well needed for all of them. Now the real war is about to start.. The Zoo versus The Cove.
