I checked out seven area "Ghosts of..." books, and out of the seven I think this is the best. The book has lots of photos of specific areas referenced in the stories (and even with many very-short stories, there is a photo every few stories/pages). Photos from paranormal investigations are included, as well as some experiences/findings. If you're checking out these books because you're interested in PI, this is a book to take a look at either for places to possibly go or as a reference on how another person wrote a decent local book.
The font chosen for this book, while still a "healthy" size, seems to have been chosen with readability in mind. It's a little less difficult to read than many other ghost-related books.
