Path of the Slayer 3

Who is Arden the Nomad? And why is he so powerful?

The nobles are deadly curious of the unfamiliar man from a fringed corner of the Realm Verse. He’s a slap to the aristocracy while backed by royal figures of prominence, placing him dead center at the heart of Pathwalker society.

And it all seems like it’s according to plan. But it really isn’t.

Arden’s relying more on instincts while breaking his way through as many obstacles as fast as possible, knowing his time’s running out.

First, he has to get revenge on a powerful Pathwalker group who can corrupt the System Parameters. Second, he has to reach a fabled library city that may contain secrets on advancing his energy and beyond. Third … the Grand Generational Passing and the completion of his Divine Quest. Hopefully, he can get it all done before the inevitable happens.

Once his secret gets out, the High Gods and Primordials will want him put down. The Slayer is too dangerous to remain free or alive.

Not worth it

I didn't love book one but I went into book two hoping you would get better and it got much much worse. There is pretty much no everyday slice of life aspect to this book at all it's just power up after power up after power. Which it did decently better than others have in book 1.

There were some continuation of them book two but then the protagonist team collects a bunch of randos and they turn out to be a ton of diamonds in the rough including end obnoxious sidekick which I absolutely hate.

Slight spoiler

What put me over the edge and had me stop the book about 50% the way through was that the protagonist gets access to the Slayer sanctum again which I think is pretty predictable and not that much of a spoiler. However instead of getting an awesome game changing power he gets something really really really lame with a week modification at the very end of it to have anything to do with battle whatsoever.

Really good book three

Lots more action and magic and adventure too. This is an action packed series. Lots of interesting locations and worlds, fun characters, some losses, some gains…but the story must go on. Love this series so far, definitely recommend it.

good read

Great story. The MC is well done and really makes you love and hate the characters. Wonderful world. Needs a bit of editing but it has gotten better.
