Great conclusion to the Texas Heat series. Addison and Wesley have a scorching hot relationship that burns from the moment she buys a date with him at a bachelor auction. They each bring issues into their relationship but soon they realize they were meant to be together. Great ending!.

This book is the third of the series and the final book that wraps up the storyline. I am a fan of series and this one with its three books has all the elements you want as a reader…romance, mystery, danger, and real like issues to be tackled by the main character. We continue with where book 2 left off with Addison buying a date night at an auction with Wesley who is the primary owner of a drilling company and has just entered into an agreement with Montgomery Petroleum (Books 1 and 2) on the purchase and drilling of new land. Addison has just left her job to join her friend in their design business and is tasked with working alongside Wesley (who has not yet come through on the promised night) to redesign his entire office and company workspace. Their push and pull relationship is enjoyable to follow as the sparks between them bring them closer together even though Wesley does not feel worthy. But when Addison becomes the target of a group that is systematically trying to destroy the new drilling area and the companies involved, Wesley finds himself unable to resist protecting Addison and moves her in with him. This story keeps the reader on edge as the threats continue both against the company’s drilling sites and Addison and we see the two of them giving into their feelings. I strongly suggest reading the series in order, so the connection of the characters is understood.

Wow, what an excellent way to finish the Texas Heat series. I enjoyed each and every one of the books in this series, but this one really won my heart. Wesley is much older than Addison, but she is determined to break down his walls. When she bids $5,000 for him in an auction for a date, she saunters over to him with a smug smile and hands him her number and tells him to call when they willl go on their date. He doesn’t! When she walks into the building that she and Savannah are going to redecorate — it turns out to be Wesley’s Carter Drilling offices. Wesley and Grayson are also putting up new drilling rigs on a land purchase they acquired. All things are running on schedule until they aren’t. There are small things at first, like vandalism, but soon it escalates to more destruction, threatening notes and messages to Addison. When Wesley learns of the threats, he takes charge and moves Addison to his home. The heat and tension between them finally erupts. A great storyline with plenty of danger, suspense and chemistry between the main characters. The characters were very real and believable. I loved this story.

‘Wildfire & Chaos’ has a great storyline. Addison paid $5k at a charity auction for a date with Wesley—which she has had to remind him he still owed her. Addison has no problem letting Wesley know she’s attracted to him from the start. Wesley is intense stares, manly, sexy cowboy through and through. He’s scared to act on his feelings, because he doesn’t want to get hurt. So he reacts to their chemistry. Aggressively. Repeatedly. Enjoyed the story.

this is a romance wrapped up in a mystery and touched with danger. Wesley is the owner of an oil drilling company and has partnered with his friends, the Montgomery Petroleum Co, to drill some land in Texas they had purchased. Addison is in a job she hates at a law firm and is offered a job with her friend, Savannah who is dating Beau Montgomery one of the land owners. She meets Wesley properly when they arrive at his building to renovate it for him. Amongst all the threats, both personal and corporate, they find love. Throughout the story is the thread of Addison pushing Wesley for the date she paid for at a charity auction where she paid for a night with him. This story keeps the tension building and I couldn't put it down.

This is the third book in the Texas Heat series, and it's a hot read! Addison Parker is a strong, confident woman who knows what she wants, and she is not afraid to go after it —or, should I say, "him." She set her sights on Wesley Carter and bought him at an auction for $5,000. Months pass without him following through on his obligation to invite her on a date. When she goes to work for her best friend, Savannah, she discovers it's for him. What follows is danger, suspense, building chemistry between the two main characters, and romance that could maybe lead to a HEA unless those out to destroy the project he is working on succeed with their plans. This story has great character and a very captivating storyline.

Romance is instant attraction with lots of flirting, sassy banter and innuendo. Characters are good easily likable. Sex is vanilla short and mildly or moderately described definitely doesn't overwhelm the story. Even though there was instant attraction the relationship itself was slow to build and very enjoyable.

With chaos and sabotage going on it draws them closet together. Will it also lead them along the path to having happiness together. This story is filled with suspense along with a heated romance that kept me glued to the pages.

Addison takes part in a auction paying $5k for a date with Wesley. She has to remind him he still owes her a date. Addison makes it clear to Wesley that she’s attracted to him.

Wesley is the manly, sexy type of cowboy. He’s doesn't act on his feelings for fear of getting hurt. Yet he does react to their chemistry. He assertively makes his play.

This is the third book in the Texas Heat series. Apparently I didn’t realize that fact when I picked up this part! So it was a bit confusing! However, it is a very good story that held my interest till the end. Wesley and Addison are great characters and I did enjoy their romantic adventure. Lots of drama and suspense as they tracked down the saboteur of the wells.

Enjoyed the adventure as Addison learns what it means design Carter Drilling's building and to be around Wesley Carter when he wants to claim her but won't. Danger comes in threats, damages to the drilling sites. When Addison is threaten, Wesley will stop at nothing to protect what is his. Great read.

This book was amazing I loved every minute of it i finished it in 1day. I loved how Addison was so persistent about the date she had won with Wesley. Wesley was such an amazing character trying to protect Addison as much as he could he never gave up despite the threats and he helped calm Addison down. They sure were made for each other

Great book!

Another good one by Lily R. Steele. I like ed the push pull with these two characters. You definitely need to pick this one up!
