I managed to get this book for free on Kindle. It is a very easy to understand book, explains the different types of problems that people can have with gluten and a very good explanation of Gluten Intolerance which is not the same as Coeliac Disease. The explanations are not long-winded or complicated and I felt this was a good book to read for someone discovering they are Coeliac/Gluten Intolerant. Some of the recipes look quite interesting too.

I found this book extremely helpful for finding more about the gluten-free issues. I am not gluten allergic/sensitive but a lot of my friends/acquaintances seem to suffer from such issues. I simply wanted to understand more about the issues and this book helped me a lot. I enjoyed some of the recipes included in the book (many are just delicious even if you don't want to become completely gluten-free!)- It just seems like a cleaner kind of diet. At least now I'm equipped with some knowledge when having to prepare some food and some of the guests have gluten issues. Thanks to the author for making this subject more accessible!
I received a free copy of this book in exchange for providing an honest review.

I was provided with a free copy of this book in order to give an honest review. I was impressed with what I read. It clearly explained why some individuals react to gluten and the differences in 3 conditions caused by it. The book did this without being technical or long winded. Lists of gluten containing foods and gluten free recipes were also provided.
