Written in 2008 - still good Information but could likely benefit from an update.
I had never heard of Oz Garcia and assumed Dr. Garcia was female for some reason (probably the book cover). Not that it makes much difference other than noting that I do feel more comfortable with a woman sharing information about “middle age” since I believe (possibly incorrectly so) that they can relate to it on a more personal level. Kind of like taking parenting advice from someone who doesn’t have kids - it’s not necessarily going to be bad advice but the relatability of it may be an issue.
Be prepared also for a bit of product promotion in the chapter on supplements. The recommendations are self serving.

It's a very useful compendium of how to take care of yourself when your are "over the hill" :-) I found parts about diet, nails, hair and teeth the most informative. I'd highly recommend this book to anybody interested in this subject.

This was a very fast read, no real no information here. Dr.Oz seems like a bit of a hypocrite as he suggests you go all natural but then advertises for products that are not.
