I’ve made a lot of bad decisions in my life.
Showing up on Tucker Bradshaw’s doorstep claiming we share a daughter is not one of them.
The youngest Bradshaw brother’s reputation is well known in Willow Bend and I plan to use it against him.
I thought he’d simply throw money at the problem, hoping to make us go away.
But Tucker doesn’t see my daughter and me as a problem.
He sees us as a solution.
So, instead of getting to take the money and run, I find myself being moved into his mansion. Driving one of his cars. Spending time with his family.
But I draw the line at sleeping in his bed. That’s never going to happen.
Except Tucker isn’t at all the man I expected him to be. He’s funny and kind. Selfless and humble.
When he reads my daughter bedtime stories, my resolve forms a crack.
When he builds her a princess bed, complete with a tower, that crack widens.
And when he pulls me close one night, telling me what a good mother I am, it crumbles completely.
And that’s a problem.
Because while Tucker’s presence is keeping my daughter and me safe, mine is putting him in danger.

Ruth is a single mom by choice because the alternative is sharing her daughter with a horrible man. She needs a way out of town and is almost broke. Tucker is a known f*** boy around town with a mother who wants him to settle down. When Ruth shows up at Tucker doorstep claiming they share a daughter, things don't go the way she planned. What curve ball does Tucker throw Ruth? How does Tucker help Ruth? How does Ruth help Tucker? Who is Birdies dad? Is he dangerous? Is Tucker just her solution or is there more going on between them?

"The way I want her can't be healthy."

Untamed is a small town contemporary romance told in dual POV. The story is plot driven, medium paced with a world that is easy to digest. There are equal parts spice and character development. If you're are looking for a cute and cozy romance this is it! I love Birdie and her toddler tactics! Seeing Tucker past his trauma and as a man who loves hard was refreshing. I love a good "he falls first" story. I also enjoyed how willing the family was to accept Ruth and her daughter simply because Tucker loved them.

If you are looking for a book that has a Single Mom, a Reformed F-boy, Fake Dating, Small Town, Schemers to Lovers, and Found Family, this book may be for you! While it is apart of the Bradshaw Brother's series, it is an interconnected standalone and the series can be read in any order.

This book was so damn beautiful and emotional that I cried through half of it. I’m not usually super into single parent romances but something about Tucker Bradshaw being protective over Ruth and her daughter Birdie has my ovaries exploding like an atomic bomb. While very emotional this book was a laugh out loud romance with Tucker’s hilarious inner commentary (such as his newfound ankle kink?), Birdies cute child chaos, and family group chats that are so funny and all over the place. The meet cute was also hilarious with Ruth trying to “extort” Tucker for his money and Tucker just being happy with this and offering her to be his fake girlfriend. They have the most beautiful relationship, healing parts of each other that have been broken for ages, and Tucker falls so hard I was swooning t eve swooning he did for her. The found family trope just really hard one in this one as Ruth grew up with a single mom herself and now doesn’t have any family left to help her with Birdie, while Tucker has an amazing family (although most have some sort of trauma) that support and love him. I loved how the Bradshaw immediately took her in and loved her and Birdie, and I especially mama Deidre Bradshaw because she was a real girlboss and the most supportive mother ever. There are some darker subjects in this book so please check your triggers. the plot is emotional but also very intense which great plot twists at the end. I loved the ending it was so beautiful and I can’t wait for what comes next for Trevor Bradshaw. I give this a 5/5

Thank you Janice Whiteaker and Hambright PR for the advanced listening and advanced reader copies. The immersive read was great so I could stop and highlight all my favorite quotes (and there were MANY). The audiobook is a duet narration and it was done so well!!

I love this series so much!
Each story is both emotional and wonderful. This is hands-down my favorite book in the series so far!

First and foremost, Deidra Bradshaw remains the absolute QUEEN! She’s the best mom in the world. I adore her.

Tucker, with his fetish for Ruth’s knee 🤣 (when you read it you’ll laugh as hard as I did) is so wonderfully charming, thoughtful, broken, and hilarious. These men are the ULTIMATE green flags! I’m obsessed with the way they treat their partners and now there are babies, my godddddd.
Ruth (Ruthless) and Birdie were perfection. Ruth is willing to do absolutely anything for her little girl and I love her for it.

This was a different twist on starting a fake dating arrangement and I loved it. We also got a little more info on the “dead Dans” and who has been targeting the company.

If you aren’t reading this series yet, what’s stopping you? Truly, love it.

ALC.
I’m loving this series & this family as a whole.
This one wasn’t my favourite in the series, I found it hard to get on board with the plot, it was bizarre.
She turns up at a known womanisers house, claiming her daughter is his thinking he wouldn’t remember sleeping with her even though he never did. But he’s happy to go along with it even though he knows she’s lying for money, because he wants to get his mam off his back about being in a relationship so it’s a “fake dating” story. Very strange but I do love her writing. The family are all insanely wholesome I love listening to them all connect together. I LOVE DEIDRE, the woman is an absolute beaut. I loved birdie & her going off to 💩 😂😂😂😂 the breeding kink in this was a no for me. But overall the series is so bingeable I listened to it in one day. Can’t wait for the next one!!

UNTAMED by JANICE WHITEAKER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Untamed is the third (#3) book in THE BRADSHAW BROTHERS series.

When a young woman turns up on Tucker doorstep claiming he is the father of her child he is not fooled. However he believes she may be the solution that gets his meddlesome mum off his back and stops her trying to set him up.

Ruth desperately needs money to move her and her 16 month old daughter away from danger. The only way she believes she can get enough money to run is by tricking well known womaniser Tucker Bradshaw, after all he’s known in Willow Bend for his revolving door and his adversity to commitment. There’s no way he’ll remember they’ve never hooked up, right? And he’s sure to just pay her off to go away, easy money right?

However Tucker immediately realises she’s lying (who knows how) and it looks like her plan has fallen apart, so when Tucker offers her a deal rather than calling the police she can’t believe her luck.

Spend time together in his house convincing his mum they’re a couple and he’ll give me the cash I desperately need. Should be a doddle. However the more she gets to know him, the more she realises that he’s kind, funny and humble, nothing like she thought he was and that’s not good….

—————————————

Oh man! I absolutely love this series by Janice Whiteaker and this the third book - Tucker’s story is no exception.

There are a couple of subjects that may be triggering in this book, such as grief, loss of partner, emotional abuse, threat and PTSD. Please be mindful of your mental health when doing into this book.

Throughout this series we’ve come to know this band of gorgeous, hilarious, grumpy and emotionally stunted men known as the Bradshaw Brothers, and in ‘Untamed’ we get to learn more about Mr love ‘em and leave ‘em Tucker.

Suffering from childhood trauma, Tucker has decided the only way to protect himself from more pain is to avoid any relationship that involves feelings. He’ll spend a night with a woman and make her dreams come true but that’s it. Full Stop. No second dates. He’s upfront and honest about this. But lately he’s grown tired of the meaningless hook ups.

When he realises that he’s next on his mother Deidre’s list for meddling he decides to let her believe he has a girlfriend. A mistake of epic proportions.

After a disastrous relationship, Ruth is left fearing for her future, so along with her toddler daughter Birdie, she decides to move across the country, but to do so she needs cash, enough to fund her move and get them settled. When, by chance, she hears a conversation about Tucker Bradshaw, she believes he may be the answer to her prays. She’s not expecting him to immediately see through her ruse though, and when she finds herself playing house with him she realises she’s totally out of her depth.

As usual, Janice deals with the emotions of the two MCs perfectly. As they spend more time together Tucker clearly falls for this confident, strong single mum and her daughter, and is determined that he will put Ruth’s wishes first, even when it’s not necessarily what he wants. His protective instincts are turbo charged and he will do everything in his power to keep Ruth and Birdie safe.

Ruth is understandably reluctant to fall into another relationship, so she doesn’t see Tucker as a threat to her heart. On paper he is exactly what she needs - someone not looking for a relationship. So as they grow closer she struggles with keeping her own emotions under wraps, and when she starts to see the real Tucker behind the bravado, her struggles escalate.

Janice has produced an addictive family in the Bradshaws. From the brothers who are incredibly close but relentlessly tease and interfere in each others lives, to Deirdre their mum, who just wants her kids to be happy but does this by interfering. The banter between them, be it in person or by text is addictive.

There is (as in previous books in the series) some threat. Most of this is implied or talked about in retrospect although it does escalate towards the end. There is also a riveting underlying threat thread that has been running throughout the series and we are given small glimpses into the progression of this in each new story. I can’t wait to see how that plays out.

Untamed as with all this series so far is so easy to read and compelling that the pages turn themselves. These stories and characters are addictive and I highly recommend you read them all!

As the MCs relationship develops there are some open door spicy scenes but this are tasteful and not superfluous, and pretty much don’t appear until 75% through the book.

I read an ebook copy of this book, with around 360 pages, a male model cover in fitting with previous books in the series and great editing. This book is due for release on June 26th.

Next up is perennial growly grump and immaculately turned out Trevor & the woman he loves to hate Maren and I am here for it! Can’t wait!!

With thanks to Hambright PR and Janice Whiteaker for an early chance to read this delicious book. All comments are my own honest, unbiased opinion.

He built her daughter a princess bed and ended up building a home in my heart

5 ⭐️ | 2.5 🌶️

Janice Whiteaker, what are you putting in these Bradshaw brothers because I am absolutely obsessed.

Untamed is the third instalment in the Bradshaw Brothers series, and somehow this series just keeps getting better. I stumbled into Willow Bend with book two and fell in love instantly, and now after finishing Untamed, I can confidently say this is another five-star winner.

At first glance, this story sounds like pure chaos. A struggling single mother shows up on Tucker Bradshaw’s doorstep claiming her toddler is his? The setup practically screams drama, and trust me, there’s plenty of that. But what surprised me most was how much heart this story has beneath all the tension, humour, and swoon-worthy moments.

Ruth is carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders. She’s exhausted, desperate, fiercely protective of her daughter, and doing everything she can to survive. She isn’t perfect, and that’s exactly why I loved her. Every decision she makes comes from a place of love, fear, or necessity, which made her incredibly easy to connect with.

And then there’s Tucker Bradshaw.

Oh, Tucker.

I expected a charming, commitment-phobic rich guy with a reputation larger than life. What I got was a man with layers. So many layers. Beneath the playboy image is someone deeply wounded, incredibly loyal, surprisingly humble, and endlessly kind. Watching him fall for Ruth’s daughter before he even realizes he’s falling for Ruth was honestly one of my favourite parts of the entire book.

The emotional depth in this story caught me completely off guard. Both Ruth and Tucker carry scars from their pasts, and rather than using trauma as a plot device, Whiteaker allows it to shape who they are and how they love. Their connection feels earned. Their conversations matter. Their vulnerabilities matter. And every step forward in their relationship feels significant because they’ve both fought so hard just to trust someone.

The romance itself is beautifully balanced between sweet and raw. There are laugh-out-loud moments, tender family scenes, and enough emotional punches to leave your chest aching. The found-family element shines throughout the entire story, and the Bradshaw family once again steals scenes whenever they’re on the page. Every interaction feels warm, chaotic, and wonderfully authentic.

And can we talk about the toddler? Because she completely stole my heart. Every scene involving her added another layer of emotion, whether it was funny, adorable, or downright devastating. Tucker’s growing bond with her melted me into a puddle.

What I love most about Janice Whiteaker’s writing is her ability to create characters who feel real. Messy. Flawed. Human. The emotions aren’t manufactured; they’re lived in. You feel the loneliness, the fear, the hope, and the love right alongside the characters.

This book made me smile, made me ache, and made me fall completely in love with Tucker Bradshaw. It’s a story about second chances, healing old wounds, finding family where you least expect it, and discovering that sometimes the people who change your life arrive in the most unexpected ways.

If you love single-mum romances, reformed playboys, small-town settings, found family, and heroes who quietly worship the people they love, Untamed deserves a spot at the very top of your TBR.

A huge thank you to Hambright PR for the eARC and eALC, and congratulations to Janice Whiteaker on another unforgettable Bradshaw Brothers story ahead of its June 26th release.

Now excuse me while I impatiently wait for the next Bradshaw brother to ruin my life (heavy on the ruin because it’s Trevor and Maren’s book).

DUET NARRATION
✨Available on all platforms June 26th✨

Thanks to the author and Hambright PR for a #gifted copy of the eARC and ALC to review. All thoughts are my own.

This book really took me by surprise in the BEST way. I've been trying to read more new to me authors and decided to pick this one up and I'm so glad I did. Janice immediately captured my attention in the prologue. This story ended up being emotionally satisfying and had characters that i really loved. Even though this is part of a series, I immediately jumped right in, having not read the first two, and was able to follow right along with what was happening.

✨Tropes: Single mom/Reformed F-boy/Fake dating/Found family/He falls first/Schemers to lovers

This book follows Tucker, a self-proclaimed bachelor who has ZERO desire to fall in love or have a deeper relationship. Ruth is a single mom with a small daughter. Birdie. She's been thrown into a somewhat dangerous situation. Desperate, out of money and determined to do whatever it takes to keep her daughter safe, she shows up on Tucker's front porch claiming he's the biological father. She attempts to blackmail money out of him so she can start over. Tucker immediately catches on but this man's got his own set of problems and he proposes a deal that could mutually benefit them both.

Ruth is alone, having recently lost her mother. She has no place to go and needs the money so she agrees to pretend to be his girlfriend. What happens next is as sweet as can be. Tucker, this sweet son of a gun! Oh my goodness, this man and his thoughtful, caring ways took me right to swoon city! Throughout the entire story, he takes care of whatever Ruth or Birdie need. He's thoughtful even before they need it and he does it all without any expectations. No strings attached, simply because he can and he wants to help her. You just don't expect this from him and that's why it's all the more tender.

Don't let this cover fool you guys, this is one sweet, emotional story with an added bit of suspense towards the end that I LOVED! The relationship that organically grows between these two is everything and don't get me started on how tender Tucker is with Birdie! 🥹 This is a man among men and an MC that you'll absolutely fall for.

This fake relationship quickly becomes something real. Their chemistry is sweet, the tension is thick and the pining ya'll? These two want each other SO BAD it's ridick! There's so much heart in this story and these two go together in a way that they never saw coming!

🎤Let's talk audio: It's been a hot minute since CJ has been in my ears and this was the perfect book to pick up. She's ALWAYS fantastic with emotional and sweet performances and honestly was perfectly cast as Ruth. Ruth is determined and got some sass and don't even think of messing with her sweet, little Birdie. CJ's performance just oozed with emotion. She's such a treat to listen to. Grayson is equally as impressive and was terrific as Tucker. A wonderful pairing that made this story so enjoyable. Recommend? Heck yes!

What I need to know....Titus??? His tragic past and what happened afterwards? Gimmie. I'll definitely be reading further because inquiring minds wanna know! These Bradshaw broskies be giving me the good and sexy vibes people! 🙌🏻

Amazing Story & Narration🎧Engaging & Heartfelt!

Untamed
The Bradshaw Brothers, Book 3
By: Janice Whiteaker
Narrated by: CJ Bloom, Grayson Owens

Janice Whiteaker welcomes you back to Willow Bend for another amazing novel, an engaging small-town, single mom, fake dating romance that captivates your attention and tugs at your heartstrings the entire time. This is the third book in the series, and each book brings a new favorite Bradshaw Brother, this one being Tucker, the ladies’ man, the player, and the one with a commitment phobe. Thinking he will be his meddling mother’s next target for finding a partner for him, he needs to stop her before she even starts trying to fix him up, so he has a fake relationship plan brewing in his head. And then she walked into his life, rang his doorbell, Ruth and baby Birdie, and he knew she was the one, the one to keep his mother from being a matchmaker. Ruth, a single mom of an adorable daughter, Birdie, is down on her luck and needs to get out of town, but needs funds to make the move, so she came up with a scheme. To make Tucker Bradshaw, known for his many one-and-done one-night-stands, think he fathered her daughter, hoping he paid her to go away. Tucker never would have forgotten a woman like Ruth, so he was suspect of her from the start, and went along with it until she realized she was not getting one over on him, but he had other plans and an offer she couldn’t refuse. Wow, what a great start to a wonderful “fake” relationship, and they were fabulous together and for each other, and I adored them both and Birdie too, a toddler who was a scene stealer. I loved all the layers of this story and how it all played out, with the perfect balance of drama, angst, witty dialogue and humor, heartwarming moments, thrilling and suspenseful moments, heartfelt emotions, and a slow-burn but so worth the wait romance. As always, the writing, plot, and world-building are incredible, as are the character growth and development. There is so much to love about this book and series, including the camaraderie amongst the brothers, their relationship with their mom, to name a few. Janice Whiteaker, thank you for another fabulously entertaining story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful audiobook listen performed in duet by CJ Bloom and Grayson Owens, whose talent and versatility truly shine in their performance. Their character voices are fitting for a perfect portrayal of each, and they are believable in every role. I loved their take on the two lead roles, with Bloom nailing it as Ruth and Grayson as Tucker, embodying their roles completely, grasping every facet of their characters’ personalities. They were fantastic performing the roles of the side/secondary characters too, young and old, Birdie included. Their expressive delivery conveys all the characters’ emotions, making you feel them all, and they were fabulous with the wit and banter, landing the humor effortlessly. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to, and their captivating performance keeps you hooked to the story.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨️ 5 Beautiful Birdie Stars ✨️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This series has officially become one of my favourites!!

Every time I think Janice Whiteaker can’t possibly make me fall harder for a Bradshaw brother, she proves me wrong.

Tucker Bradshaw delivers so many of my favourite tropes: fake dating, fake engagement, single mum, reformed f-boy, small-town romance, found family, suspense, and a man willing to do absolutely anything to protect the family he’s claimed as his own.

Tucker starts out exactly as everyone expects him to be—the fun-loving brother who avoids commitment at all costs. Meanwhile, Ruth is simply trying to survive an impossible situation and keep her daughter safe. When their worlds collide, what begins as a scheme quickly becomes something neither of them expected.

And I ate up every single minute of it.

Ruth was exactly the heroine Tucker needed. Strong, determined, protective and completely unimpressed by his charm. She challenged him, kept him accountable and never let him get away with anything. Their chemistry was instant, but watching the trust and friendship build between them made their love story even more satisfying.

But let’s be honest…

Birdie stole the show.

I am absolutely obsessed with this little girl.

Janice has written one of the most authentic toddler characters I’ve ever read. Birdie had me laughing out loud so many times while immersive reading that I genuinely looked ridiculous. Every scene with her felt real, chaotic, heartwarming and unforgettable. As a parent, it took me right back to those toddler years in the very best way.

And Tucker with Birdie?

My heart completely melted.

Watching this reformed f-boy fall not just for Ruth but for her daughter was everything. The way he stepped up, protected them, cared for them and slowly became their safe place was beautiful to watch.

The found family element throughout this book was perfection. The entire Bradshaw family wraps around Ruth and Birdie in a way that made me smile constantly. Every visit with this family leaves me wanting more.

The audiobook elevated an already fantastic story. CJ Bloom delivered every emotion flawlessly, while Grayson Owens brought Tucker to life so perfectly that I never wanted to stop listening. The immersive reading experience was absolute perfection.

I also loved how the suspense storyline continued to develop throughout the book. Just enough answers to keep me hooked while leaving me desperate for the next instalment. Every reveal had me needing just one more chapter.

This book impressed me right until the very last page.

Tucker has officially joined the list of fictional men who have no business being this lovable, Ruth was the perfect match for him, and Birdie completely stole my heart.

Janice Whiteaker is creating something truly special with this series, and I am already counting down until the next Bradshaw brother gets his turn.

And yes…

Watch out for those knees, elbows and ankles.

Trust me. 😂❤️📖🎧

This book was such a sweet, heartwarming fake-dating romance with plenty of laughs, emotional depth, and a family that completely stole my heart.

Tucker has spent most of his life convinced that being single is the safest option. The loss he experienced as a child shaped the way he views love and relationships, making him reluctant to let anyone get too close. What starts as a fake relationship to satisfy his meddling mother slowly becomes something much more, and watching Tucker fall was absolutely swoony. He adores Ruth and her daughter, Birdie, in all the little ways that matter—buying Birdie toys and snacks, making sure Ruth has her favorite treats, affectionately calling Birdie "Little Bird," and fiercely protecting both of them. He is the definition of a golden retriever hero, and seeing the man who never planned on settling down realize he can't imagine life without Ruth and Birdie was incredibly satisfying.

Ruth is carrying her own grief. After losing her mother, she's spent years longing for the kind of unconditional love and family her mom gave her. Desperate to escape a difficult situation, she agrees to fake date Tucker, never expecting to find exactly what she's been missing. Through Tucker and his family, Ruth discovers a sense of belonging and support she hasn't had in a very long time. Watching her open herself up to love and trust again was both emotional and rewarding.

And then there's Birdie. At just sixteen months old, she completely stole every scene she was in. Birdie is a sweet little terror whose obsession with snacks (I get it, girl!) had me laughing out loud throughout the book (and remembering what it was like to have a toddler that age). Her antics added so much humor and charm, and she felt exactly like the unpredictable toddler she was supposed to be.

This is an interconnected standalone, and while Tucker and Ruth's romance can be enjoyed on its own, just be aware of the continued storylines and references to events from previous books.

The audiobook was fantastic. CJ Bloom perfectly captured Ruth's vulnerability, strength, and love for Birdie, while also bringing Birdie's adorable chaos to life. Her performance made these characters feel even more real and lovable. Grayson Owens was equally wonderful as Tucker, perfectly conveying both his easygoing charm and the deeper emotions he tries to keep hidden. He brought Tucker's protective nature, growing devotion to Ruth and Birdie, and his transformation from committed bachelor to devoted family man to life in a way that made me fall for him and his golden retriever ways even more. Together, CJ Bloom and Grayson Owens created an engaging listening experience that added even more heart to an already touching story.

Here I was, upset this story wasn’t Trevor’s tale. I am chomping at the bit for his story, which has been set up since the first book. But no, instead we get Tucker’s HEA and, color me surprised, I was blown away. I loved it! Okay, not that I was surprised I would love his story, but more that I was surprised I was no longer upset we got Tucker instead of Trevor this time around.

Because of the premise of this story, I was prepared to be annoyed by some huge secret-keeping. The author is so smart in not going that direction. Sure, Ruth still keeps some things close to the vest. But not the things that would affect Tucker’s life. When it comes to Ruth’s motives for showing up on Tucker’s doorstep, and Tucker’s motives for getting invested in keeping her and her daughter around, the author makes so many fantastic choices in how things play out.

The friendship that builds between Ruth and Tucker is wonderful. Being an only child of a single mom who passed away when Ruth was still in college, she’s never had the “family” experience. She doesn’t understand men who not only enjoy children, but also change diapers and clean up messes. Tucker is a great big flashing competence porn billboard. He may never want to get married and have kids of his own, but he’s determined to be the favorite uncle of his brothers’ kids. His home is meant to be lived in, so spills, stains, and broken things aren’t going to send him into a rage. This is all so new for Ruth. And seeing her reactions to her and her daughter being treated respectfully brings out the protector in Tucker. Of course, these two don’t take long to fall in love for real.

Tucker’s reasons for his no relationships rule are devastating and heartbreaking. He has to do a lot of work to overcome his fears. Once again, the author has her characters having difficult discussions about doing the work with therapy. I appreciate that every time. The Bradshaws may have money and a loving and close family, but they have had plenty of tragedy in their lives, too.

I really cannot see how Trevor’s story will not be next. I cannot handle the anticipation any longer! I may be glad to have read this fantastic book. But now I’m back to wanting Trevor.

Huge thank you to Hambright PR & Janice Whiteaker for this ALC/ARC in exchange for my honest review!

This series just gets better and better and I am honestly questioning how Janice going to top this one?? Because this is my favorite so far in the series! It was pure perfection!!.. and if you try to tell me otherwise, I will show you to the door! This is my favorite series of 2026 and I will not shut up about it! Janice continues to write fun and upbeat stories that have so much depth and a little mystery. She keeps me laughing, crying, swooning and sitting at the edge of my seat in anxiety over the suspense!!

Ruth is such a strong and beautiful FMC! She is such a determined mother and I loved how she would go to the ends of the earth for her daughter (Truly lived up to her nickname of Ruthless). Her storyline absolutely broke my heart and I loved how she truly got the happy ending she deserved.

Tucker is everything! He is goofy, laid back and has an absolute heart of gold. The way he takes care of Ruth and Birdie absolutely melted me... like he will truly do anything for his girls. I love him and he is perfect.

Tucker and Ruth are truly each other's perfect match! Their connection was so special and I loved seeing it grow. Their banter and chemistry was absolutely EVERYTHING! The trust they had in one another was heartwarming and I might never recover.

Here are some thoughts that I had throughout the book that deserve to be voiced...

The fact that Walker only texts in caps still has me on the floor every single time. I cannot wait for that man's book.

The fact that all of these brothers fight over who the favorite uncle is going to continue to be the HIGHLIGHT of this series for me.. like all these boys def got baby fever and don't even know it.

Janice writes THE BEST family dynamic! Not to mention Deidre and her meddling and how the boys absolutely PANIC over her meddling literally is so iconic.

The fact that Ruth just treats Trevor like a toddler absolutely KILLED ME. I was losing my marbles in cackles over this!!

Would I recommend this? YES!! Would I reread? Yes, 100% yes. Would I carry on with the series? OBVI.. this is my fav series of 2026. Would I like a trophy? Yes!!

Untamed completely stole my heart. What starts as a desperate mother showing up on Tucker Bradshaw’s doorstep quickly turns into a beautiful, emotional story about family, healing, and finding love where you least expect it.

Ruth was such an easy heroine to root for. She’s fiercely protective of her daughter, resilient despite everything she’s been through, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep her child safe. Her love for her daughter shines through every page, making her journey feel incredibly authentic and emotional.

And Tucker Bradshaw? Consider me officially obsessed. I went into this book expecting a charming playboy, but Tucker turned out to be so much more. Beneath his reputation is a genuinely kind, patient, and selfless man who steps up in ways that completely melted my heart. Watching him bond with Ruth’s daughter was everything. The bedtime stories? Adorable. The princess bed with a tower? Absolutely swoon-worthy. Every interaction showed the kind of man he truly is.

The romance develops beautifully, with plenty of tension, tenderness, and emotional depth. Ruth’s walls don’t come down easily, and seeing Tucker patiently earn her trust made their connection feel genuine and rewarding. Their chemistry was undeniable, but it was the emotional intimacy that made me fall in love with them as a couple.

Janice Whiteaker delivers a heartwarming story filled with lovable characters, family dynamics, protective instincts, and a hero who proves that actions speak louder than words. By the end, I was smiling, tearing up, and wishing I could spend more time with the Bradshaw family.

If you love:
✨ Small-town romance
✨ Single mom heroine
✨ Protective hero
✨ Found family vibes
✨ Slow-burn chemistry
✨ Adorable parent-child moments
✨ A hero who falls for both mom and daughter

Then Untamed needs a spot on your TBR immediately. Tucker Bradshaw has officially earned a place on my book boyfriend shelf.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review | Untamed by Janice Whiteaker

Untamed is hands down my favorite book in the series so far, and Tucker and Ruth are officially my favorite Bradshaw couple.

I absolutely loved Tucker’s journey in this book. Watching him go from the carefree playboy of the family to a man willing to do absolutely anything for the people he loves was incredible. His character growth felt natural, heartfelt, and completely believable. He was funny, charming, protective, and impossible not to fall in love with.

Ruth completely stole my heart as well. She has spent most of her life carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders, and after losing her mother, she’s learned to rely on no one but herself. Watching her slowly learn that she wasn’t alone anymore and that it was okay to accept help, support, and love was one of my favorite parts of the story. Her journey was emotional, beautiful, and incredibly rewarding.

The chemistry between Tucker and Ruth was effortless. Everything about their relationship felt seamless. The pacing was so well done that even though the romance develops quickly, it never felt rushed. Every moment felt earned, and I was completely invested from beginning to end. This is one of those books where the writing flows so smoothly that the pages practically turn themselves.

And then there’s Birdie. She was an absolute delight and had every single Bradshaw man wrapped around her little finger. Watching Tucker fall head over heels not only for Ruth but for Birdie as well melted my heart. The family dynamics in this series continue to be one of my favorite parts, and the Bradshaws once again proved why they’re such a special group of characters.

This book delivered everything I love in a small-town romance: heart, humor, family, healing, and a hero who would do anything for the people he loves. The ending left me desperate for the next book, and I cannot wait to see what happens next.

First off, thank you so much to the Author Janice Whiteaker and Hambright PR for the opportunity to read this book as both an ARC and ALC!
It was an awesome immersive read!
I loved this book, I had never heard of this series before and was interested when I read the blurb.
Let me just be clear, the blurb does 👏🏻 not 👏🏻 do this book justice!!
I knew it would be good, but I did not realize how much I would like it.
The plot:
This story follows our FMC and MMC in a dual POV. Our FMC is a single mother in a very scary position that leaves her to take desperate measures to get out of town with her daughter.
Insert our MMC. She decides to find our local rich playboy and tell him that her daughter belongs to him.
This does not go according to her plan as she stands before him on his doorstep as her flabbers are flabbergasted with his reaction.
I loved the dynamics between all of the characters.
The nickname Tucker gives our FMC “Ruthless”….I LOVE IT!!
I also loved the group chat between all of the brothers… I literally lol every time I would read those chapters!
I did learn from the author that this is a part of a series… So there are five books in total and a prequel!!!
Which you can bet your bottom, I will be reading those as well!!
This is a romance, but what I love about it is there is so much storyline… There is a bigger storyline that all the books seem to be touching on to my knowledge… That is going to come to fruition in the final book 👀
This book was excellent and I can’t wait to continue the series and I will be going back in reading the first ones as well!!!
This book does contain spice! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
I have pre-ordered my physical copy already and can’t wait for it to get here!!
Thank you again to the Author and Hambright for the opportunity to read the advanced copy!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bravo!!
I will leave you with one of my favorite parts…

Ruth rolls her eyes, huffing out a breath. “You need to get dressed. At least put some pants on.” She motions in the general direction of my crotch. “Get that monster under wraps.” “Monster?” I grin. “Flattery will get you everywhere with me, Ruthless.”

Untamed
The Bradshaw Brothers, Book 3
By: Janice Whiteaker
Narrated by: CJ Bloom, Grayson Owens

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Ruth needed to get away and find a place where she and her daughter Birdie could hide from the horrible sperm donor. She knew Tucker Bradshaw was a player, so why not show up and claim he's Birdie's dad? He would be willing to pay her off and let her go, right? Tucker knows all the women he has been with, but now he sees Ruth as an asset. She can do him a favor and he would give her the money. Pretend to be his girlfriend to get his mother off his back. Taking him up on the idea, it would only be until she had to leave for her new job. And the fun begins. Tucker never wanted to settle down, but there is something about his Ruthless and Birdie that calms him. A protective nature has come over him. Ruth easily settles in, but she knows it's not for long. Janice Whiteaker took me on their journey, with just enough spice, a whole lot of heart and a touch of suspense that added the excitement. I loved getting to know the family and now will be going back to listen to the others in this series. Oh, and starting at the third book didn't make me feel left behind, it just made me want more!

CJ Bloom and Grayson Owens are the story tellers for this gem, and I could not get enough of them. Bloom is Ruth and with a nickname like Ruthless, there were times that it was appropriate! Bloom took on the challenge of the single mom, the fear of being found, the need to get settled and the heart of falling in love. Owens was incredible as Tucker. He has just enough arrogance to make him real for me, and the slow turn to realizing what he has found in his heart was a joy to hear. These two were fantastic and I loved their performance.

Untamed? More like unable to put this down! - ALC/ARC review

No joke, I read this book twice, immediately back to back. If that doesn’t tell you how much I loved it, then I don’t know what else will.

I did not want this to end. Tucker and Ruth are relationship goals, but Tucker and sweet little Birdie are mother freaking SWOOOOOON! 😍

Watching Tucker and his 4 grown ass rugged manly brothers melt for Birdie was probably the cutest thing ever.

Not only does this book give big daddy energy (and big d!ck energy 😜), it gives boundaries and consent AND makes it sexy 🫠. It gives love, compassion and judgement free, unconditional love. Honestly, this book checks off all the boxes and then some.

Tucker is a walking green flag and so is his whole damn family. Even grumpy Trevor.

So here is what you need to know:

I was given an ARC & ALC in exchange for my honest review.

I would rate this story 4⭐️

This story follows Tucker a self proclaimed bachelor with no interest in settling down and Ruth, a single mum who is in an unsafe situation. Ruth attempts to blackmail money out of Tucker to help her escape a powerful man, the biological father of her child. Tucker decides to propose a deal where they both get what they want and need.

Ruth really had a tough life, from her mother dying to ending up entangled with a dangerous and powerful man. She is a very dedicated mother and willing to go to absurd lengths to keep them both safe. While her methods were a little unconventional it worked out for her in the end.

oh sweet Tucker. He was a beautiful soul who, even after Ruth attempted to extort him, was willing to help Ruth out and give her the money she needed because he could tell she needed it. Throughout the whole book he did and helped in every way he could simply because he could. No expectations, no strings. I loved him.

This story took me so off guard. I think the cover gave me predetermined expectations of what the story was going to be and I was very wrong. I LOVED it. So much so that I think I may have to go back and read the other 2 previous books. While they are interconnected stand alone books I need to know Titus’s story after his tragic past! ALSO! The set up for the next book, perfection👌🏻

It has been a hot minute since I listened to an audio book by CJ Bloom and I forgot how good she is! I love the way she emotes and her voice is easy to listen to. Paired with Grayson Owen’s voice for Tucker, they went so well together! I think Grayson’s voice matched Tucker really well and I also really enjoyed listening to his chapters as well!

ARC REVIEW: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/🌶️🌶️

Now we’re back on track!

I’ll be honest, after not loving the second book quite as much as the first, I was a little nervous going into Tucker’s story. Thankfully, I had absolutely nothing to worry about because I loved this book.

Tucker, Ruth, and little Birdie completely stole my heart.

I’m always a sucker for a reformed playboy who swears he’ll never settle down, especially when he’s paired with a woman who has sworn off relationships herself. Add in fake dating, small-town Wyoming vibes, and a tiny scene-stealing child, and I was hooked from the very first chapter.

The banter between Tucker and Ruth was fantastic. Watching them try very hard not to fall for each other while clearly falling harder by the day was everything I wanted from their story. And then there’s Birdie, who honestly deserves her own fan club. She had Tucker wrapped around her finger almost immediately and managed to charm every single Bradshaw brother along the way.

One of my favorite things about this series continues to be the family dynamic. Deidre remains one of the best book moms ever written, and the Bradshaw family chaos never gets old. Every book feels like coming home to a group of characters you genuinely enjoy spending time with.

I also appreciated that there was still a bit of suspense woven into the story. The mystery surrounding Ruth’s past added just enough tension without taking away from the romance.

This book had everything I’ve come to love about the Bradshaw Brothers series: family, humor, heart, romance, and a hero who absolutely never stood a chance once he met the right woman.

Read this if you love:
💜 Fake dating
🏔️ Small-town Wyoming romance
🤠 Reformed playboys
👩‍👧 Single mom romance
❤️ Found family
✨ Protective MMCs

"I don't have a breeding kink. I swear I don't. But I also didn't think I had a knee f*cking kink and I definitely have one of those. Along with an elbow kink. Possibly an ankle kink.

I can honestly say I have never read this in a book and I've read some DARK things.

This is Tucker's book and let me just say... this man had me questioning things about myself I never thought I'd question. Tucker has never wanted love. Never wanted commitment. Hit it and quit it was his life plan and honestly? He was perfectly fine keeping it that way after everything his past put him through. Catching feelings was never supposed to happen.

Then Ruth shows up at his door claiming he slept with her and now there's a baby involved. Tucker doesn't buy it for a second... but he decides to play along long enough to figure out what's really going on. And because life loves to laugh in your face, he comes up with the perfect little fake relationship plan to keep his mom off his back.

Except fake relationships have a funny way of becoming very real very fast.

Ruth is running from a past she wants buried and forgotten, and the Bradshaws do what the Bradshaws always do — protect their own no matter what. Watching Tucker slowly become obsessed with keeping Ruth safe while fighting every feeling he has for her and her daughter was EVERYTHING.

The chemistry? Untamed.
The tension? Ridiculous.

And somehow underneath all the chaos, kinks, dirty talk, and absolutely feral moments... there was also so much heart in this story. Tucker and Ruth just fit in a way neither of them expected.

Also... I fear Tucker may have ruined knees for me forever."

Thank you to Hambright PR and the author for this ARC.

Untamed is the third book in the Bradshaw Brothers series, this time following Tucker—the commitment-phobe brother who seems perfectly happy avoiding anything resembling a serious relationship.

That plan gets very complicated when Ruth arrives on his doorstep with sixteen-month-old Birdie, claiming Tucker is her father. Rather than immediately running for the hills, Tucker sees an opportunity: a ready-made family might finally get his wonderfully meddling mum, Deirdre, off his back.

Yes, the premise asks you to suspend disbelief a little, but honestly? I was too busy enjoying Tucker, Ruth, and Birdie to care much. Tucker quickly became my favourite Bradshaw brother so far. Underneath the relationship-phobe act, he is loving, protective, and genuinely caring—while also carrying PTSD following Titus’s accident. His emotional journey gave the story more depth than I expected.

This book touches on some heavier themes, including trauma, PTSD, threats, and reproductive coercion/being forced into an abortion, so do check content warnings before going in.

And Deirdre? Absolute queen. She is wholesome without being annoyingly perfect, fiercely loving, and exactly the kind of mum most of us would happily adopt. I loved getting more of her in this instalment and really hope each book continues to peel back more of her story too.

Overall, another very enjoyable read from this series. A slightly wild setup, plenty of heart, a sweet little girl stealing scenes, and a hero who completely won me over. I read it in one sitting and, naturally, now I am impatiently waiting for the next brother to fall.

I received this ARC on the behalf of Hambright PR!

This has closely become one of my favorite series of 2025!

Tucker is a play boy, the one who doesn't want to settle down. He is the one that lives his night one night at a time and those nights don't even normally last until morning. By now we all know that his wonderful mother is on a mission to make every one of her sons settle down. So Tucker decided to throw a wrench in her plans and make sure she wasn't onto next.

Ruth. The single mom who is in an awful situation. She goes to Tucker in hopes that she can trick him into believing that her beautiful daughter Birdie is his. But Tucker sees it for exactly what it is. But instead of being the playboy jerk that he could have been he figures why not help her out of her problem and help himself in keeping his mother out of his love life.

I don't know what it is about a fake dating here lately that feels so right. These two had an instant connection, even though Ruth tried to deny it in the beginning. However Tucker Bradshaw wears down her walls and helps her out of her problem, helps her move cross country and ultimately saves the lives of her and her daughter! What an amazing read! I love how Ruth gave it to Trevor and kept him in check! There's not a lot of people who can handle him, but Ruth did!! I can't wait for Trevor's book!!

Make sure and watch out for those knees, elbows, and ankles! IYKYK!

The third book in this series is just as addictive as the others, and I stayed up way too late, flipping pages! Absolutely no regrets! This family and storyline has everything we want and love from this talented author, and I highly recommend dropping into the Bradshaw series today!
(But, seriously Janice - did you have to get me teary before chapter 2?!)

Ruth is an easy character to connect with and I appreciated her desire to better her situation, even if she's making a mess of it. Fortunately for her and her daughter, Tucker sees through it, and has a plan that will help both of them.
I really enjoyed how he was "all in" with Birdie, and how the brothers quickly accepted the situation.

Tucker hasn't wanted any level of relationship commitment, so Ruth's presence is new, but he definitely falls first and HARD for the two of them! It's adorable and fun to see their "fake dating " shift to sizzling attraction then blossom into a forever love - and this time, Deidre didn't do a thing! IYKYK.

We see Heidi and Pierce in here also, as the mystery of who is behind the ongoing threats to McKinley Security (and the mystery of who the Dead Dans really are) continues. Along with Ruth's situation, there's plenty of suspenseful parts to this storyline, and I loved losing myself in this world.

This kept me engaged and entertained from beginning to end, and I cannot WAIT for more!

Fortunate to receive an ARC, I happily leave my thoughts.

ARC Review – Untamed by Janice Whiteaker

This book broke me in the very first chapter, and from that moment, I knew I was going to love it!

The Bradshaw boys are back, and this time we're following Tucker Bradshaw. One day, he gets the surprise of his life when Ruth shows up at his door with a toddler in tow, claiming that he's the father. Spoiler alert: he's not. But Ruth desperately needs money, and Tucker—with all of his wealth—seems like the perfect target for her plan.
What Ruth doesn't anticipate is that Tucker has a plan of his own: he needs a wife, and she fits perfectly into the role. It's a mutually beneficial arrangement—at least at first.

What neither of them expects is how quickly Tucker falls in love with Ruth's little girl. Watching him make her a princess bed, fill a house with toys, and completely embrace her as part of his life absolutely melted my heart. We also get to watch Ruth and Tucker's relationship grow from a fake arrangement into something much deeper and more meaningful.

I absolutely loved Tucker in this book. His sweet, caring side shines through, and the unwavering affection he develops for both Birdie and Ruth proves he's far from the bad boy Ruth always believed him to be.

Untamed is Book 3 in the Bradshaw Boys series, so be sure to check out the first two books before diving in. And don't forget to pick up Untamed, which releases on June 26!

Let me tell you about Tucker Bradshaw because this man completely surprised me.
Going into this book, I knew Tucker had a reputation, and honestly, I expected him to be exactly what everyone in Willow Bend thought he was. Then a woman shows up on his doorstep claiming they share a daughter, and everything changes.
What I loved most about this story was watching Tucker step into a role he never expected. The way he cared for this little girl absolutely melted my heart. Reading bedtime stories, building her a princess bed with a tower, making her feel safe and loved... I was done for.
And the romance? It wasn't just chemistry. It was the little moments. The kindness. The patience. The way Tucker saw both mother and daughter as people worth protecting instead of problems to solve.
I flew through this audiobook and couldn't listen fast enough. CJ Bloom and Grayson Owens brought so much emotion to these characters that I felt every sweet moment, every bit of tension, and every ounce of heartache.
And while Tucker and his family got their happily ever after, the real problem is Janice Whiteaker has me completely obsessed with Spenser. The little breadcrumbs, the hints, the buildup... ma'am, what are you doing to us?! 😂 I need his book yesterday.
This series continues to deliver the perfect mix of family, romance, heart, and suspense, and I'm already counting down to the next Bradshaw brother.

Happy Reading/Listening!

These Bradshaw Brothers keep getting better and better!

Tucker was never going to settle down, so when the perfect reason to help fool his mom showed up at his door, he was taking it. He wasn't expecting Ruth and her daughter Birdie to worm their way into his heart. Ruth needed money fast to escape from a past she didn't want and wouldn't leave her alone, and figured her lie would work. Instead, she found what she had been missing for the past couple of years. So what happens when their three weeks are up?

Tucker and Ruth get their happy ending in this standalone book in a series.

I loved that even though Tucker had a playboy reputation, he was all about consent and made sure he had it for the simplest things like holding Birdie to go down a slide while Ruth watched. I do wonder if Ruth kept in touch with any of the women who also had children with Birdie's biological father, just in case she wanted to know any of her other siblings, or if that all stayed in the past after the incident, and any children Ruth and Tucker had were the only siblings Birdie knew. I can't wait to see how Trevor and Maren try to explain this one away, as I feel this ending isn't the first time this has happened.

I received an advance review copy from Hambright PR, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This book completely stole my heart. Tucker Bradshaw was absolutely everything. I went in expecting a cocky playboy and instead got this funny, kind, humble man who embraced fatherhood with both arms and made me melt into a puddle every single chapter. Watching him step up for a little girl he never knew existed was so beautiful.

And can we talk about the princess bed with the tower?! 🥹😭 I was done for. Add in bedtime stories, the way he supported and encouraged the heroine, and those quiet moments where he showed her she was a good mother, and my heart just couldn’t take it. The man set the bar ridiculously high.

I adored the chemistry between Tucker and the heroine. Their relationship developed so naturally, with plenty of tension, tenderness, and all the feels. The found family vibes were perfection and I loved getting to spend time with the Bradshaw family.

There was sweetness, humor, emotion, and enough suspense to keep me turning pages way past bedtime. I smiled, I swooned, and I may have teared up more than once.

Tucker Bradshaw officially owns a piece of my heart. If you love single dad vibes, protective heroes, small-town romance, adorable kids, and a hero who proves actions speak louder than words, you need this book in your life. Janice Whiteaker delivered another winner and I devoured every page!

Another banger of a book from The Bradshaw Brothers Series.

This time we have Tucker, the playboy brother. What a great book! I loved the character development. Tucker is a protector, a caretaker by nature. He just wants to protect those he loves and cares about.

Ruth is in need of that strength and protection for her and her toddler daughter. Ruth is an incredibly capable, smart and strong woman on her own. However, she's in a precarious position and, sometimes, desparte times call for desperate measures. She tries to convince Tucker that her daughter is his. What she doesn't realize is Tucker may be a playboy, but he possesses an incredible memory. So he knows she lying.

Tucker is running scared that his Mom has him in her sights as the next brother to pair up and marry off. So he offers to pay Ruth to be his fake girlfriend. Chaos ensues but he handles it with ease which surprises Ruth.

These 2 are just meant to be! She breaks down his walls and he shows her that he's not what she thought he was, whoke also letting her realize she doesnt have to do everything on her own all the time.

This book may be my favorite of the series thus far! Love how the mystery element is still moving along and.more is coming to light in each book. The interactions between all the characters is just top notch as well as great banter in each book. Highly recommend!!
