A fast paced, violent crime novel about vengeance and loss. The character dynamic is top notch, and Shirley’s writing style delivers. How it all ties together at the end is a little farfetched, but how the characterization flows, makes you care about the outcome of these Bonnie & Clyde individuals. A must for Shirley fans.
Excellent crime/suspense novel involving a book editor whose grief at the death of his son sets him on a rollercoaster ride of vengeance as he hunts down the dealers who supplied the drugs that killed him. Interesting character driven plot with plenty of action. Highly recommended.
