Henry Cholmondeley-Pennell (1837-1915) was a British naturalist and editor who published poetry and many volumes on coarse-fly and deep-sea fishing. He was her Majesty's Inspector of Sea Fisheries and the author of Fishing, The Modern Practical Angler and The Sporting Fish of Great Britain.
