Punish Me, Daddy

First I'll make her call me daddy. Then I'll make her my bride.

Sloane Kingsley's father may be the mayor of Boston, but that didn't keep me from letting myself into the apartment this little brat paid for with the money she stole from me, spanking her bare ass bright red, and then making her come so hard she begs for mercy.

Mercy she'll never get from a brutal Bratva boss like me.

But when I carry her off to my penthouse naked, wet, and sore, it won't be as my captive.

It will be as my bride.

Punish Me, Daddy by Sara Fields continues the Boston Kings series and features Nikolai Morozov—one of Maxim's brothers, a character who was prominently featured as one of the side characters at the beginning of the series. Nikolai has been matched with Sloane Kingsley, a new character in this world. I was quite surprised by her character since she came across as this bratty, arrogant, and spoiled princess but she was completely the opposite inside. She needed a firm hand and as a result, Nikolai has decided to task himself with disciplining and making her his. I really enjoyed the push and pull between Nikolai and Sloane. It made for some interesting and intense scenes between these two as they tried to fight each other's pull. These two had a very sexual relationship at first, but it didn't take long for them to start having feelings for each other. Their love scenes were incredibly dirty, explicit, and super steamy—which I appreciated.

“I wanted to look a man in the eyes and know he could break me—and trust that he wouldn’t unless I asked him to.”

In the end, this was another solid book from Sara Fields because it features her tried and true tropes and kinks featuring a firm and dominant hero and a prideful heroine who didn't know what she wanted until it forcefully came into her life and shattered all of her expectations. I do have to admit that it took me awhile to warm up to Sloane because she bratty and came across as childish and manipulative. However, it didn't take long for readers and Nikolai to realize that her misbehavior was a direct result of her loneliness and need for someone to claim her. Nikolai shattered her life and expectations and she was already his by the time he entered her life and laid claim to it. Overall, this was an enjoyable read and fans of Sara Fields won't be disappointed by this sexy read. It looks like the next books will featuring the two remaining Morozov brothers, Ivan and Sergei.

I read for entertainment, and this book served its purpose in leaps and bounds.
This story takes place in Boston, back with the Morozov brothers, and is Nikolai
and Sloane’s story. I love a good DDLG story with a daddy who does not hesitate
to punish his baby girl, and a disobedient baby girl who gives her daddy plenty
of reasons to punish her.

Initially, I struggled to connect with Sloane until I understood why she had taken
so many risks and acted like a wild child. Her escapades were out of feeling
unwanted by her father, the Mayor of Boston, and only being used as a bargaining
tool. At times, Sloane was an enigma. She was sassy, independent, feisty, and
always quick with a retort, but there was a vulnerability about her that I admired.
I loved how she pushed Nikolai’s buttons; she was a bundle of contradictions,
furious at his demand that she marry him one moment and buzzing with sexual
tension the next. Sloane lives for danger until she goes too far and catches Nikolai's
attention at an underground fight. From that moment on, her taste of freedom
was very short as he took charge of her life.

One thing the author does in this book is to shatter the image of a stereotypical
expectation of a dangerous man like Nikolai. Yes, he was deadly and dangerous if
crossed, but he was devoted to Sloane and his brothers. His commitment to love
was unwavering, even when Slaone was chaotic and disobedient, not that his daddy
took a back seat if she put herself in danger. Nikolai was harsh with Sloane at times,
but I liked how protective he was and that he acknowledged her point of view. He
was the anti-hero of my dreams. Dark, dangerous, dominant, tender, and romantic.

This story was sensual, hot, and spicy. It has the right amount of tension, heat, and
intrigue. Throw in a multitude of interesting characters, and you have a winner.

She is the daughter of a politician, and grew up in the spot light. She is smart and witty and often bored. This is what takes her to the fight that night. She heard about the underground fights and went for a thrill, and to see something she knows she isn't supposed to. That is when she catches his eye. He sees her across the room and instantly knows she is going to be his. When her boredom leads her to influence some betting odds as a challenge, she inadvertently draws all of his attention. When he decides that something is his, there is no standing in his way. When she defies him she ends up face down with a very red bottom. When he tells her that they are getting married, she plots her escape, but she is quickly realizing the Bratva king is a man of his word, and his actions follow suit. He is not letting her go. She is a little bratty, sassy, smart and determined. She is resentful of the boxes she has been forced into the games she has been made to play. He is all alpha dom, and he doesn't want to take away the passion that makes her unique, but he will force her to obey him for her own safety and to free her. The character development is great, you have a strong sense of who they are, and feel invested in them from the beginning. Their spice is next level off of the charts. If you want to call this a dark romance it is rooted in the 5 star spice. The scenes are passionate, emotional, fierce, dominant and freeing. The author does a fantastic job of giving you full and dynamic spice, that sucks you in, makes your stomach drop and your panties melt. There is definitely a happily ever after and it is exactly what you want for them. This is a great read that will leaving you puddling and squirming in your seat.

This book started off amazing and had the potential to earn a five star rating, but fell short in one major way.

The author set this book up to have a viper of a MFC that truly helps rule the underworld and just let it slide through her fingers by needing all the men to know just how super-de-duper smart she is.

I understand where the author was trying to go; a young woman can be intelligent and rival the men in the Bratva patriarchy. And, while that's true, men in this life don't allow reckless, impulsive nineteen year old girls they just met run a meeting about logistics for a problem she created and follow her direction.

The most realistic way she could have had the seat at the table she so desperately wanted would be as a queen that turns her king's neck. The world doesn't need to know you have power for you to wield it. Quiet power has more strength than loud, attention-demanding power.

This could have played out so much differently and we could have seen a true queen at play behind closed doors instead of making sure all the big, bad men knew she was a big girl and could hold her own. She just looked like a soldier with basic ideas. We are supposed to believe she is this master manipulator, but she falls absolutely short.

It did earn four stars, though. The internal struggle the MFC was going through was realistic and written well. It wasn't annoying, and she wasn't too immature. The determination of the MMC to simply curb her antics witout breaking her was refreshing and the spice was top notch. Overall, it was very well written.

You might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. Sloane is the daughter of the mayor, she has been running around without discipline is a better way of describing her, she is in need of attention, a lot of structure, she doesn’t or hasn’t had must considering her parents are busy running for his position she has fallen through the cracks so to speak, and it is time for someone to step in taking the wheel bring her in line someone who allows her to be the little she needs also the adult when needed. Nikolai sexy as all get out Bratva King with a reputation proceeding him isn’t a man you want on your radar, he can be dangerous, ruthless on a good day if needed, deadly every day, overprotective when it comes to those he love and when he notices the little girl messing with the game boy does he have a punishment in mind for her he isn’t letting her go either. He girl is sassy, pushes all the right buttons the ones the will normally get someone else killed but her it draws him in realizing she needs structure, he gives it to her, along with stability, love, protection all the things she has longed for but will her stick around, will her parents allow it, will he allow her little to come out to play, will she learn some self-control, and are they headed for happiness?

Sara has brought us back to the Boston Kings series with Punish Me, Daddy this time it follows Nikolai Morozov and Sloane Kingsley.

Nikolai is part of one of the most powerful Russian bratva organizations in Boston along with his four brothers. He's a fighter known as "The Hammer" and runs their underground fight club. He's dominant, intense, dangerous and knows what he wants and just how to get it.
Sloane is Mayor Kingsley’s daughter a socialite who likes to push her boundaries along with her father's by getting into trouble. This time she sneaks out and skirts her security to attend a dangerous underground fight. She loves the danger and adrenaline rush. This prompts an idea to manipulate the odds of the next big fight just enough to make some money but not enough to ruin the fighter reputation permanently. What she doesn't realize she's put herself in direct path with none other than Nikolai.
He found her to be a worthy challenger matching him step by step, word by word not willing to back down but he knows just how to make her submit and call him "daddy". There's an undeniable attraction pulling them closer then her father's rival as well as the brothers threatens everything.

This book is so well written and so full of emotions it will take you on a journey that's dark, delicious and naughty. It has suspense, danger, violence, death, darkness, secrets ,steamy sex, passion and even love.

If you enjoy books featuring charismatic dominant characters and themes of punishment, this one is perfect for you. Sloane, the mayor's daughter, feels overlooked by her family and often finds herself in troublesome situations. This time, she attends an illegal fighting ring where she catches the eye of Nikolai Morozov, a powerful Bratva boss. He decides that she will belong to him, giving her no choice in the matter.

As their relationship unfolds, Sloane finds herself calling him "Daddy" and is subjected to punishments for her rebellious behavior, all while knowing she needs a firm hand. Despite her initial desire to escape, she begins to crave the love and protection she has never had. He is all alpha dom, and he doesn't want to take away the passion that makes her unique, but he will force her to obey him for her own safety and to free her. The character development is great, you have a strong sense of who they are, and you feel invested in them from the beginning. Their spice is off the charts. If you want to call this a dark romance, it is a 5-star spice. The scenes are passionate, emotional, fierce, dominant, and freeing. This is definitely one of those books that seems like it will be more smut than plot - and while it definitely delivers on the spice, I was pleasantly surprised by the emotionally meaningful connection between the FMC and MMC and the unexpected twists and turns that the story took.

The FMC, Sloane, is the daughter of the mayor, and the MMC, Nikolai, is a Bratva king. When they meet, sparks fly immediately, and he knows he wants her. But unlike many stories where it's just the man "claiming his woman," the dynamic between these two lays bare the need that Sloane has for something a bit different than her usual relationships. She has been running wild - think Paris Hilton in her teens and early 20s - and, as the daughter of a high-profile politician, she needs a relationship with a man who will notice her and care what she does. Nikolai provides this discipline for her, giving her structure she craves. While I wasn't sure about the DDlg dynamic at first (it's not usually my thing), it was very clear how their relationship helped both of them, and the dynamic was in service of that. And at the same time as Nikolai is giving Sloane structure, she's giving him some heart as well.

A very enjoyable read - definitely a good choice for those who like mafia or DDlg tropes.

Thanks to the ARC team for an advance copy of this book!

Meh. This was a basic bitch mafia romance with a daddy kink.

Nikolai was a not very fleshed out standard mafia king who really likes to be called Daddy. And the word daddy got wayyyy over used in my opinion and that’s coming from someone who is a simp for Daddy trope.

Sloane had a little more flesh to her character BUT it was like a rich, entitled socialite who just likes to do some kinda edgy shit to rile up the paps and look cool…I guess. She scammed an underground fight for money just because she could not for any meaningful reason like revenge or do good or fulfilling some internal goals or even to placate some kinda trauma. She was kinda just a spoiled brat…which leads her to her “Daddy” putting her in her place with some funishments.

And then about 75% in we get an external villain of the week who they randomly determine is trafficking ch*ldren oh and he’s in politics against her dad…ok sure. This obvious confrontation was incredibly lackluster and brief. I was more upset that her dress got fucked up!

Over this was a very generic mafia romance with some aggressive Daddy-ing tacked on. It was not terrible but I will be adding it to my “Not Memorable” shelf so do with that what you will.

***I double checked and this is the second book from this author I’ve read and felt ambivalent about. I think their writing is just not for me.

Nikolai Morozov is known as the Hammer. When he is in his concrete cage, there is no one that can touch him. Sloane Kingsley should not be anywhere near him. But seeing the match draws her in. Problem, she is messing with the game and that will not stand. Niko is going to be dolling out some punishment. He also plans on keeping her.

I do love these men. Niko has that rage that he cages up and only lets out when he is in the ring (most times). But with Sloane, she stops him dead in his tracks every time. These to are perfect. She pushes him at every turn. At first you think that she is going to keep running but Niko gives her stability, love, protection, and structure. Things that she doesn’t have as the mayor’s daughter. And of course we have political issues arise. A man named Stillwell is trying to take over. But the dirt they find on him, is damning and pretty useful. I love that Sloane finally sees what she has with Niko. And she also is a great addition to the group. I love the way her mind works. They defiantly have a ringer with her. I am looking forward to who Sergei finds as a mate. He is always brooding.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. I am loving the Morozovs. Nikolai Morozov is a fighter. As you know what happens in Fight Club stays in Fight Club. Sloane Kingsley is the mayor’s daughter. Sloane’s main lot in life is to go against the grain. Where she can cause trouble, she will. Just for fun. As soon as Sloane heard about the Fight Club, she knew she had to go. “The Hammer” was fighting tonight. Sloane was guaranteed a show. The connection was mutual when Sloane and Nikolai locked gazes. Nikolai started plotting right away. Sloane needed someone to keep her in line. The mayor had just about given up trying. Sloane’s father gave permission to Nikolai to see if he could get her under control. Especially considering her last stunt landed her in the crosshairs of the wrong people.

Though Sloane was attracted to Nikolai, she refused to bow down to anyone. Nikolai had his work cut out for him with Sloane. Soon she would realize Nikolai was the only one who could give her what she needed. What she craved. Sloane gave Nikolai a run for his money. I think I liked this book so much because both Sloane and Nikolai had lessons to learn. Can Sloane be the woman she wants to be with Nikolai? I guarantee she will go down kicking and screaming. Though young, Sloane pulls no punches even when a punishment is on the menu. I know I say this about every book but I think Nikolai and Sloane have made it to the favorites position. I can't wait to see what Ms. Fields comes up with next.

A wonderful read, the Morozov brothers are once again into some criminal action
This is another simply wonderful read by Sara Fields and for those of you that have enjoyed the Morozov brothers and the action they have been drawn into I am sure that uou will find this book equally as captivating.
Nikolai and the daughter of the Mayor Sloan Kingsley are the characters in this story and I guarantee hat you will love the interaction between the two of them and I found the fact that she would not back down to him even though his family had quite the reputation made this a fun read.
Also the smart head that Sloan had on her shoulders, she accepted no handouts and was not afraid of hard work even though her father was the mayor, Nikolai is a great fighter and intelligent in fight strategies so together they are quite a force to be reckoned with.
I guarantee that other readers will love this book and will read it in one sitting so as you can discover what the outcome will be.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

I took some time after finishing the book and still not sure if this should be a three or a four. The issue is Sloane had just got out of her father's house. She got her own place and just furnished it. Then on the first night, Nikolai takes her hard-earned freedom away. This is never truly addressed in the book.

Nikolai is an alpha but has a softer side that he shows towards Sloane. Sloane is the mayor's daughter who needs the riskier activities to feel something. That's why not really addressing her finally achieving freedom & immediately losing it does the story a disservice. She's strong and determined. The story picks up after a bit and the reader sees a female character who doesn't just accept but plans to escape and who earns her seat at the table. The sister in laws make a quick appearance. After the way the brothers speak of family, they should be more than an afterthought. Ghost is featured more in this book which makes the reader looking forward to the next book. Sloane Kingsley is the daughter of Boston's mayor, used to getting her way, and any trouble she might get into, well daddy just makes it all go away. But attending an underground fight run by the Bratva, seeing how much money changed hands, and then manipulating the outcome of another just might get her into more trouble than she ever expected. Nikolai Morozov saw her the minute she appeared ringside at one of his fights, but when the mayors spoiled, unruly daughter started to steal from his family he decided to take her in hand. First, he is going to punish her, then he will make her his wife, because then he can protect her from very powerful men she made very angry with her manipulations.
Steamy hot mafia romance with spanking and intense sexual interactions between the main characters, surprising twists, and a happily ever after. The characters are fascinating, and I thought they were well written as well as pretty believable. A must-read book.

Sloane is the entitled out of control daughter of the mayor of Boston. She has been able to escape true punishment for her antics. She gains entry to an underground fight involving Nikolai Morozov.
She manipulates the outcome of a future fight where she wins a significant amount of money. Nikolai detects her manipulation and approaches her father who agrees to Nikolai's plan to marry his daughter.
She resists his efforts and suffers the consequences.
She finally comes to realize that despite his punishments he has her best interests at heart.

There is a HEA ending.
The plot of this story is complex with multiple subplots. The heat between Sloane and Nikolai is off the charts.
This is not a formula Mafia romance.
I binge read this story.

Sara Fields’ latest story in the broad Boston mademen group of series and we have more of the Morozov brothers. Namely, Nikolai, and the mayor’s daughter Sloan Kingsley. In “Punish Me Daddy,” Sloan has walked into some deep…shtuff. And Nikolai couldn’t be more delighted. There’s a lot to like about this story. The push/pull between these two was fun to read and I loved how hard she worked and he was always one step ahead of her. I also found Sloan’s street smarts and strategic thinking entertaining. Nikolai is a smart brawler and I really enjoyed his internal thoughts around Sloan. Their smexy and daddy times were sweat-worthy in all the right ways. Overall, a great addition to the mademen universe and an enjoyable read.

Nikolai is a very large, rough, tough Russian Bratva leader, who is chosen to fight a dangerous opponent in order to hold their family’s power. Sloane is a rich and pampered mayor’s daughter who is looking for a new facet to her life. She is smart and daring and decides to manipulate the fighting game so she can make some money and irritate Nikolai. He does not choose to play her game.

After quite a stern punishment, Sloan decides to disappear for a while. But, after a few of her ideas are accepted at a Bratva family meeting, will Sloan change her mind? Will Sloane decide to marry Nikolai or will she still try to escape? This is quite a conundrum!

This is definitely one of my, if not THE, most favorite stories by Ms. Fields. It has everything you could hope for; adrenaline charged action scenes, super sexy punishment and sex scenes, absolutely tender and romantic love scenes, and perhaps two of the most compelling and complimenting lead characters ever! The villain(s) are also as despicable as any could be. Am I exaggerating? I don’t think so. The relationship that Sloane and Nikolai develop is one worthy of the royal titles that they bestow on each other. It makes me think that a queen only bows to, bends over for, and obeys her king, and a king only shares power with his equal. 5 Stars

A solid 5! And I'll tell you a rare occurrence when I really like the FMC. Sloane was on point! Definitely no weeping willow.
Bordem and too much money that's how trouble usually starts. The good girl vibe is a bit too good for Sloane.
He knew it was her when it happened and stepped up.
This wasn't dark but intense. She wanting something she didn't know she wanted. He giving her what he knew she needed.
Passion. Plots. Gossip and illegal happenings. Kidnappings.
A semi detached father and brothers as solid as mountains.
The Mob and city official and things!
Totally loved this story and the series.

What a delightful story this is. We're drawn into the lives of Sloane and Nikolai. He's a prizefighter with the Bratva, and she's the mayor's daughter and used to getting her way. When she goes to an underground brawl and tries to manipulate the outcome, Nikolai takes her along when she's almost caught, and that's the beginning of their journey. While he's feared, she's not afraid of him, and it doesn't take long for them to grow closer, and things quickly heat up. Together, they're a force to be reckoned with, because together they're powerful and afraid of no one.

Initially this started off really good! The chemistry between the FMC and MMC was top notch. He literally dominated her for pages upon pages that left me salivating. Where, this story lost me was when they added the FMC into the Mafia dealings- unbelievable and boring. I don’t understand why the women have to be incorporated these sub-plots to prove they are tuff! It’s goes against any and all this Mafia but, I digress.

Ultimately, the chapters leading up to the first wedding and after lost me. Everything that took place was very standard in the realm of Mafia romance. So, i’d tapped out by then.

Started off hot but, quickly fizzled out.

Nikolai Morozov is Bratva Boss, who is a champion fighter, he sees Sloane Kingsley, the mayor's at one of his underground fights. He knows from that moment she is his. When she proves she is worthy of being his queen, by manipulating the betting on the fight, he will have to punish her first.

Sloane normally shies away from relationships but there is something about Nikolai that makes her believe him about sticking around. This story may be triggering due the intense intimate scenes and the female character getting a red bottom.

The eighth book in the Boston Kings series of dark mafia romances, Punish Me, Daddy is a dirty little novel with some fun steamy times between a brutal Bratva boss named Nikolai who likes to get handsy with a gal named Sloane! As with any Fields novel, she will leave you panting by the end of the story that’s not only got a keyed up amount of smut, but a plot to thicken the stew as well. The series as a whole is excellent and this installment is just as thrilling!.

Totally unexpected and taboo romance that will have you turning the pages!
What’s not to love about Sloane, the wild child who captures the fever of illegal fights after seeing Nikolai, the Hammer in action. Yet when she takes a fight’s betting outcome in to her own hands, things get complicated pretty quickly. Nikolai lets the mayor know that he is just the man to control his daughter and will protect her against the threat from her fight fixing. What follows is an unexpected and steamy romance that has all the thrills of finding your soul mate while battling the enemy!

It started out pretty slowly. It's repetative and tedious to read the same thing over and over again. Once it kinda picked up, it seemed focused on the steamy bits and not so much on the relationship between Nikolai and Sloane. Halfway through I was about ready to stop reading the book. That's about when it started to get better. A little more action and less inner monolog about feelings. I am voluntarily leaving a review.

To say the relationship between Sloane and Nikolai went from 🔥to🔥🔥🔥 in a very short time would be an understatement. I loved how he seemed to know exactly what she needed and what she could endure. They were spectacular together and I loved it. There is danger throughout the story but in the end things work out and they get their happy ending. It’s a story worth reading,

Nikolai and Sloane are well matched in this high-spirited story. She is the mayor's daughter and a handful that is until she connects with Nikolai and he takes her to hand and their world will never be the same. She isn't afraid of him or hard work and together they are a force to be reckoned with. Will their union lead them along the path to happiness.
