It's a nice introductory book, it covers the basics and it handles really well the thoughts of an absolute beginner who embarks on this journey. The book makes sure you understand that everyone has blocks from time to time, even skilled psychics and it underlines the fact that it's normal to fail and you should be expected to fail a lot of times. I feel like the book manages to give you confidence and most of the exercises seem simple enough, however, I felt like there should have been more topics discussed in detail and even more techniques described. Overall, a good workbook for beginners, but you should search more knowledge.

Fantastic workbook! This book is intended for you to pick up and practice your own psychic abilities. This book gives a discussion about common topics that occur within psychic development (fears of being wrong, your own personal blocks, emphasis on your psychological health). It also discusses all the clair's and discusses how you can use dream work to enhance your psychic abilities too.

Personally, I loved how it was written and it really is a workbook. You have to continue to use this book over time to get results. A+

Read for Review copy by Schiffer Publishing. decent book overall a good way to tap into thinking that you wouldn't normally would even consider. there is a lot of working exercises and check list that are excepted to be be completed if you want to get the fullest potential of this book. worth the time invested? probably if you're into this kinda thing. those with mental illness may want to be well balanced and looked after if exploring this book. some of the exercises could trigger bad experience for all, but some more than others.
