As much as she tried to get into the holiday spirit, Mia couldn’t shake her funk. A blurry night of regret had her questioning everything—her past, her choices, and the future she thought she wanted. Gratitude for where life had taken her was one thing; fully embracing its unexpected turns was another.
Then she met Bleek… again, and in real life.
Charming and confident in his pursuit, Bleek treated Mia with a level of care and respect she hadn’t experienced in a long time. Their connection felt almost serendipitous as if the universe had conspired to bring them together. Bleek believed it too, but convincing Mia was a different story.
Determined not to give up, Bleek was ready to show her she was worth the effort. But could he help her see the love she deserved, or was he risking his heart for someone who wasn’t ready to receive it?
*This is a Thanksgiving Novella and should be read after you read Spin 'Bout You and F**king Under The Mistletoe.*

The way this story started I was all here for it but then to find out it wasn’t real😲I enjoyed this cute story with Bleek and Mia. Mia was dealing with a zero and finally got with a hero.
Bleek!! Mm mm…man I loved the way he handled Mia aka LaMia aka Lala…geesh she had a lot of names!
Anyway, this novella was soo cute and cozy for the holidays. I enjoyed reading about some of the family traditions that my family take on as well. I loved how Mia and Bleek met up and got to know each other, hang out, etc. I love the friendship and connection between the ladies in all three books in the series. I would love to get an update on them!
Anyway, I definitely recommend for the holiday season!!!
I enjoyed Lamia and Bleek's story. When your dream becomes reality, and that's just what happened for Lamia. Tired of the games from her ex, Lamia decided she was going to focus on her. Bleek appears at the perfect time. I loved how he let her know his intentions with her and was not holding back, so it was her choice to take a chance on a real one. And that she did. What a great ending for these two.
This was the cutest read and I loved it from beginning to end I’m so geared up for holiday romance…I loved Mia and Bleek together and I can’t wait for more from them and Hunny that was one helluva dream
Givin’ Is A Gift really wrapped this series up beautifully. Bleek was that man showing up in the dream world and real life like the universe said, “Yeah, this one is ordained.” His patience, confidence and intentional pursuit of Mia were everything, especially when she was stuck in her head and unsure she even deserved the softness he offered. What stood out most was the heart of this story: the giving, the volunteering, the reminder that love isn’t just romantic, it’s service, presence and care. Mia’s emotional depth felt raw and honest and I loved that the author let her feel without shrinking or apologizing for it. This was a tender, soulful holiday read that celebrated Black love, healing and choosing a partner who can hold your heart with both hands. A perfect close to a really solid series.

this was such a great end to the series — a soft little bow on top of the holiday chaos. i loved that mia finally got her HEA with bleek, especially knowing they met over a year ago when she wasn’t available. now she’s single, healing, and actually ready to let someone show up for her, and bleek slid right in like, “i’ve been waiting on you, babe.” the way he told her he was 100% okay with her needing him… whew 💓 and that he wanted her to call him for anything and everything?? yeah, bleek is the type of man i need too lolololol. the way he pursued her was mature, patient, and intentional — no pressure, just pure “i want you and i’m gonna show you.” seeing mia finally embrace that softness and let someone pour into her felt like the perfect finish to this little holiday universe.
Bleek was a man that followed through with everything that he said he would do! ? Mia wax dreaming about Bleek, but it quickly became reality. Nothing could have prepared Mia for the man he would be. He was everything she dreamed of and more! The two of them moved extremely fast, but it was well worth it! Awesome read!
I'm enjoying these quick holiday novellas and love when the characters are connected. Mia was in a dead end relationship and meets her friends cousin. A year later, the reconnect and he stands on business after she curves him but a chance encounter after needing some work done restarts the connection they were feeling.
You dream the possible dream, not impossible. LaMia said she had faith in dreams coming true, and they did. I enjoyed her and Bleek. He was the peace her mind needed. He loved her the way she deserved.
At first I was confused with this book but it was quickly cleared up. Overall, I really enjoyed this short read! LaMia and Bleek are cute! Might have to add this Author to my favorites list!!
I really enjoyed Mia and Bleek together. When the book first started I was like what, okay, but as I kept reading it made a little more sense...lol. When she decided to spend some time with Bleek he showed her what a real man is supposed to do for his woman and how he is supposed to act. The fact that he brought her around his family so fast and they were all so welcoming was nice to see too considering her situation with her father. This gave a little more Thanksgiving vibes with the setting and food on Thanksgiving day and it was a nice romance as well. Bleek was definitely a giver in more ways than one and I was here for it. It was also nice to see Jarod and Grayce make an appearance and know that they were still going strong.
4/5 - Bleek, the cousin of Jarod — must be a family thing! I loved Bleek and Mia’s love story. Two “giving” souls unite into a friends to lovers affair! - A spicy good time!
Briann Danae never misses, especially when it comes to cozy holiday romance. I love this series so much and glad I got to see it expand. This is the perfect cozy read, and thanksgiving centered story. This is a thanksgiving novella ft Mia & Bleek, they met at friendsgiving a year ago, at the time Mia was in a relationship. A year later, Mia is single and starts to fantasize about Bleek, next thing you know they run into each other and sparks fly. quick and sweet, Bleek was such a gentleman.
