I really enjoyed this book, and I think it would be great for anyone who is a beginner in technical writing or someone who does a lot of writing in the workplace. It's a great reference for making sure your documents are written persuasively, concisely, and in the proper format.
I used this book for a beginners technical writing class and it was extremely helpful. It is easy to read, and has a lot of examples. I rented the book, but I honestly wish I would have paid the extra bucks and bought it instead.
This book has many helpful tips and guidelines for creating memos, emails, reports, and other such technical forms of communication. However it is a bit dated. Overall, it is a clear and concise text.
