This book is more of a text book, but a good resource for systems thinking and modeling of data. This book helps examine the consequences of strategy changes. A good section on avoiding interpreting symptoms as causes. I enjoyed the part where the book takes you through testing assumptions, hypotheses and scenarios. It is a good resource to read and pass on to key members of your team.
