They belong to a club with a shared interest in beauty, passion, and experience. She just wants to feel the true heat of desire. Eight friends. Four nights. Two paths to passion.
When Sarah Jameson accepts an invitation to the snowy woods of New Hampshire, she is hoping to find something to thaw the numbness that defines her relationships. Her solution emanates from the dark and dominating Richard Ignatius. Over the course of four days he challenges her boundaries and inhibitions and introduces her to a level of feeling that she didn't know was possible.
But they are not alone, and it doesn’t take long for Sarah to figure out that her traveling partners share much more than just friendship and good taste in wine. As she explores invitations in a group without judgment or limitation, she will be challenged to define her own bond with Richard. Neither of them know how far she is willing to go to please him. Neither of them know what she really wants.

This is a quick read, lots of fun happy times over a holiday weekend adventure on the trip of a lifetime. It doesn't work out exactly like everyone hopes, but it ends up being perfect. Ménage and group but the best part is the invitation of one.
This was an enjoyable Holiday read and I loved the idea of "The Invitation" related to their rules in the club/house. It was an interesting take on a romance and all the characters were fun. There was a bit of suspense throughout related to Richard not being as open with what he is feeling as he was pushing Sarah to be. But I still got my HEA!
This is a story about a group of friends who are apart of a sort of sex club where they get together, in this instance in a large cabin for a long 4 day weekend celebrating New Years, for a weekend of no holds barred fun. There are no committed relationships...just friends...that is until Richard brings Sarah as a guest and introduces her to the gang. Sarah has no idea what's she's getting into but slowly the pieces start coming together and she figures out this is more than friends hanging out. By New Years Eve, they all pretty much ate, drank, and had sex with other via various different grouping scenarios.
Definitely a fun read...there were some minor editing errors, but still fun short story!!!

This was a fun, fast read with some hot scenes to start off the year with. I'd like to read more about this Club that most of the characters were in. Possible Spoilers...
MC was open minded and more than willing to explore and I liked that about her. She never judged those around her, only her own feelings, which I feel is realistic. She gave herself over to the weekend and allowed herself to fully enjoy what her new friends were offering, enough though it wasn't what she was used to.
I was so-so on Richard. There wasn't enough time for him to be fully realized and his "apology" felt rushed, read it, you'll see what I mean.
Overall, I enjoyed the hot scenes and fun loving friendship of the characters and for that I give it 4 stars.
