Nicola Fabiano is a lawyer specializing in civil law and a Partner and Founder of the Fabiano Law Firm, which has become a Member of the United Nations University Artificial Intelligence Network (UNU AI Network).
He was President of the Data Protection Authority of San Marino and national expert for the Republic of San Marino in the Committees of the Council of Europe: Convention No. 108 and the Ad Hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence (CAHAI). He was also a consultant to the Government of the Republic of San Marino for drafting legislation protecting personal data.
He is a member of the Working Group of the Italian Foundation for Forensic Innovation (FIIF) of the Italian National Bar (Consiglio Nazionale Forense—CNF) and President of the Center for Computer Science and Forensic Innovation (CINFOR) of the Bar of Foggia.
He created the Data Protection and Privacy Relationships Model (DAPPREMO) based on high mathematics and set theory. He is a member of IEEE, INNS, the Association of AI Ethicists, AAAI, EAI, GlobalAI, and the European AI Alliance. He has also authored books and numerous scientific contributions, articles, and essays that have been presented at international conferences and published.
He holds privacy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity certifications and has won several awards.
