This book was amazing! I've struggled with back pain since I fell in 1970, and I thought I knew everything there was to know about back pain & how to deal with it. Imagine my surprise when I learned several new things -- things that I can do at home to heal my back. And at a very appropriate time too, during the COVID-19 isolation period when the gym is closed and I can't go do water aerobics.
It is a really long book much like the other "dummie" books, which is renown for explaining the details of their topics explicitly. I think the book could have been more focused on specific areas of the back. It is a really great resource for managing back pain, and it really did help me learn different aspects of dealing with my back issues. I learned quite a few useful exercises and stretches which made this book amazing - I was able to heal my back faster and get back to living.
Very informative but lacks in areas that are important. Like spinal infections. Don't get me wrong, it was "good" but in my opinion it's not that great
