Kamagurka, pseudonym of Luc Charles Zeebroek, is a Belgian cartoonist, theatre and television producer, singer and all-round artist. Kamagurka is known for his absurd cartoons and TV shows. He has few regular cartoon characters, but Bert and Bobje are the best known.

I didn't laugh once, didn't smile once, it's just... not funny at all. Not even in a so-unfunny-it's-funny-again-way. Not funny, not fun.
