Good book to help you realize that you in fact are more than you weigh. That’s something that’s been hard for me to accept. For me it was very helpful because for the last 6-7 years I have obsessed over my weight endlessly. This book gave me some insight as to why I binge eat, how to deal with it, and what to do instead. The anorexic and bulimic sections did not apply to me and so I skipped them but whether you are an anorexic, bulimic, binge eater or anything in between, this book comes in very handy. There are explanations, exercises, and questions for self-reflection. I will read again and work on the exercises, for now I just read through it.
