It’ll help you to relax

This book got me relaxed and zoned out. The writing is calm and vivid. The stories about slowing down and unplugging gives you simple ideas to try and test. I liked the daily small joys journal and the phone free Sunday. The only critique I have, is that some messages got a bit repetitive. Also, I think most people have a life way too far from what the author describes as his. But the overall mood and gentle insights are still helpful and soothing.
