My granddaughter chose this book as her bedtime story and she laughed when Tzip was being silly, she loved when the dog was barking at her and she enjoyed all the moments in this cat's story. She says 5 stars and that she loved Tzip.

The wording was cute and did garner a reaction on each page. The illustrations were really well done and the book was a huge hit.

The book is aimed at teaching small children to be polite and play well with others. Tzip tries her best to avoid getting the house dirty and is good friends with the cat Pitzi and the dog Rossi. She avoids getting into cat fights and loves being petted by her owner. On the other hand, I think Tzip takes things a bit too far and allows everyone to bully her. She allows Rossi to steal all of her food and then tries to quietly cry at her owner to feed her because she ended up hungry. The book might give mixed signals to kids that being a doormat to the degree of starving to death is a good thing.

On the other hand, the artwork is gorgeous, I really like the unique drawing style of the author with colorful portraits of the cat in her home that sort of reminds me of the Wizard of Oz with a sugary bright palette and nice detail. The file formatting is well done and the file doesn't crash. I think as long as you explain to the kids that being a doormat to the extremes of allowing yourself to be bullied like Tzip is not okay, it's a nice read.

This book is about a sweet cat named Tzip in which she tells the story of her life. Tzip explains how she lives a peaceful life by being kind. She wants to share her experiences in hopes others will learn from them. There are a few lessons that can be learned by Tzip. Anyone can live a peaceful life but be careful by those who take advantage of your kindness. Like in the story, Tzip has let things slide to keep the peace amongst the other cat by allowing them to eat all the food, then going to the human mom to meow for food. She allow herself to starve to please others knowing the human mom will feed her again. The graphic in the book are incredibly beautiful.

Sweet story about a housecat named Tzip, and the adventures she enjoys with fellow housecat Pitzi, and the family dog, Rozi. Tzip describes their daily activities, how they keep each other safe, and how much she loves her owner and neighborhood friends. Her description depicts her as a perfect kitty with absolutely no faults.

I was a bit puzzled as to why the author, who narrates in first person, chooses to address the reader over and over again with the generic term, little one. Illustrations are done in soft pastels and complement the tranquil mood of the book. Some of the text vocabulary is a bit difficult for the younger child; adult readers may have to explain or adapt some of it. Recommended for children and parents who are pet lovers and especially for children ages four through six.

A Sweet Cat story from Tzip's Point of View!

I liked the style of this author and hope to have learned a thing or two to use when writing my ebook about my parrot who is now with Jesus. I am doing it from his point if view. I enjoyed this story and your beautiful illustrations and moral in it too. For all f these reasons I am now feeling it belongs in the five star rating category. I received this ebook for free and in exchange for being able to read it and view it I have now given it an honest review.
I recommend this ebook especially for little kids who love cats and or dogs. Or also someone like me who needs to see how it is done when writing an ebook like this for kids and up,too maybe?
Great job Yael By Angela

I love this beautiful story with its beautifully illustrations. I could read this to children all the time. I would enjoy discussing what Tzip is telling them. I love cats, and this book is so true to the nature of a cat. I adopted mine ((4...but not all at the same time) from a no-kill fostering group. Their #1 rule for their cats is that they never go outside because of all the dangers out there (as Tzip notices in the story). What a beautiful and heartwarming way to teach young children about good manners in a subtle but effective way. I enjoyed it very much. *I was given a free copy of this book so that I could give my honest review.

My name is Tzip, nice to meet you by Manor is a delightful, feel-good story about cats and dogs, and one in particular. Having animals over the years, I can relate to the story though my cats were never so friendly. I read it on my Kindle for PC so was rewarded with the colourful pictures. I would prefer reading it on a paperback so I could show the picture to a child as I read each page. The character of Tzip was well-developed, for a cat, and I could imagine having such a cat in my domain.
