ONE SPRING IN BUCHAREST offers a snapshot of 1967 Bucharest as seen through the eyes of Adrian Goldstein, a young student at the local Polytechnic Institute. At that particular moment in his life, Adrian needs to deal simultaneously with challenges that relate to his sexual exploits, the life in the communist system and the implications of his Jewish heritage. Although Adrian lives in a specific time and place, the questions in front of him are quite universal in nature. The story follows Adrian’s quest for answers and the lessons he learns along the way.
