Tribute to Orpheus 2

Rate this book
Tribute to Orpheus 2 is the second anthology of short fiction, poetry, and non-fiction prose by or about music or musicians, edited by Danielle Roark, Gary McKinney and Sheila Grezek Johnson. The short stories, poetry, and non-fiction found in Tribute to Orpheus cover a swath of musical ground: from jazz to classical, from punk to pop, from penny whistles to Martin guitars and Marshall stacks. Covered, too, is an equally impressive swath of themes and emotions: love and loathing, compassion and humor, outlooks and insights. The authors themselves hail from all across America, literally from coast to coast and border to border. Most are also musicians, whether amateur and professional.

Disclaimer: I have a story in this anthology of short fiction and poetry and I feel honored to have it included. All pieces are about music and musicians, from classical to rock and roll, and the work is beautifully written and edited.
