Excellent book on automating the deployment of Azure infrastructure services, including setting up VMs, virtual networks, and VPN connections. The book is organized well and has lots of examples. I'm already using many of the examples in the book and this book has made me want to learn more about automating Azure services through PowerShell, besides just infrastructure services.
