I have had an instant pot sitting and waiting on my shelf for years and finally decided I was brave enough to try it out. I got this kindle book to help me dip my toes into the Instant pot world. I needed something very easy for a newbie to understand, and these recipes fit the bill! I appreciated the breakdown of recipes and the very self explanatory steps for each recipe. Nothing is overly complicated and the recipes are flavorful and delicious. I finally get why everyone was telling me I needed to use my instant pot. How easy for a family of four and a busy pace of life. I especially like the little recipes for things like boiling eggs, something that I can make and have ready in a pinch. Very good read and excellent recipes!
