Only helpful if you have the time (and patience) to sit and read the book from front to cover and can absorb all the info in that read through. Trying to go back and find a peice of information that I was looking for was a pain in the ass. I drew a complete blank on something as simple as how to get the "Group By" option in my queries, and I spent forever trying to find where it had discussed it in the book before I finally gave up and Googled it. Not a good book to learn by.
