The world has opened up for anyone to produce a video that can be seen anywhere and anytime. But how do you make an excellent production on an affordable budget? Two experienced filmmakers guide you through the process of planning, creating and distributing your video to the widest audience with the largest impact.
This book looked fairly promising on the surface, but turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment. For a first time filmmaker like me, there were some useful anecdotes and wisdom of experience. It was also useful to get a better sense of the filmmaking process. But as for a real how-to-make-an-actual-movie, there isn't enough here to do more than get you lost. The cover touts downloadable access to forms purported to be useful, but all they are is completed forms for their own project in non-usable PDF format. Yeah, thanks, I can find more useful stuff with a Google search.
