On the first night, he was my employee. On the second night, he was my lover. By the third night, he was mine.
As a single dad, I needed a nanny to accompany my daughter and me on a three-day business trip. I asked the agency for the best.
What I got was a tattooed, ripped-jeans-wearing ex-rocker with a smolder that could take the paint off a car.
Mary Poppins, he was not.
Each day, I’m trying to lock down the most important deal of my career. Every night, I find myself connecting deeper with the caring, wounded man under the ink.
I thought once I had my daughter I was done looking for love. But if I’m not careful, by the end of the trip, I could lose my nanny and my job.
Three Nights with the Manny is an MM boss/employee, single dad romance filled with humor, heat, heart, and creative uses for baby oil. It can stand completely on its own or be read as a prequel to the Single Dads Club series. This story is also available to my newsletter subscribers, but if newsletters aren't your thing, you're welcome to read it here.
Welcome! I’m a gay male author who writes MM romance filled with humor, heart, and hot guys. My characters fall into bed and fall in love, usually in that order. Think LOL meets DTF.
I live in central Indiana, surrounded by churches and Olive Gardens, with my husband, kids, and cats. When I’m not writing, I’m chasing around a toddler or sneaking off to a movie.

I’ve read this after the first three books because the audio doesn’t tell you this is available, and I didn’t spot it until I read the third book on Kindle. I kept wondering where Buzz and Shane’s story was, and I’m glad I read it.
It was kind of refreshing, to be honest. Because it was a novella, it didn’t have time to mess around, so I think the author gave us the first character I’ve read in a long while that gets straight to the point. Usually, when things go a bit sour, the two would dance around it until they figured their way out of the mess they’d made. Here, Shane tells Buzz he’ll be leaving, forcing Buzz to face the issue and make a decision about them quickly.
It was a very cute story, and it was enjoyable to read Shane bringing Buzz out of his robotic mentality and to speak up for what he thinks is right.
I read this prequel after reading the first two books in the Single Dads Club series, because I needed to know the history with Buzz and Shane! I’m so glad I read it. Such a great little novella!
