AN AMISH CHOICE is a very quick and easy read as well as being a classical Amish romance. It shows how lives can and sometimes are changed by a thoughtless comment being spoken. Even though possibly being said in jest, the sting of those words sometimes may end a love worth more than all the money in the world.
Jeremiah did love Lydia and she loved him just as much, but her family was and is very poor while his family owns a very prosperous logging business plus Jeremiah owns his contractor business. Years ago he seemed to be confused at times about what he really wanted or was he just trying to do what his snooty parents and siblings wanted. Whatever his true feelings were, he thoughtlessly said some things that caused Lydia such pain that she moved to Missouri to help family members with their young children. After seven years she comes back home to Indiana to help her mother get her troubled bakery business back to being a financial help rather than a hindrance. Sure enough Lydia runs into her old beau. Sparks fly between them as they both still have feelings for each other, but Jeremiah is now dating another Amish girl. Is there a chance for them to get back together? Will they both lay aside their hard-headedness and admit they still loved each other? What will happen when Lydia's beau from out of state shows up in town? And what is wrong with Lydia's Mem? Will she be okay?
Diana Morgan has written a sweet story that shows many different sides to the Amish community. Some good while others are truly hard to understand unless you live the day to day Amish life. There are many twists and turns to keep you interested in the story. Especially if you like a good, clean Amish book.

Good Amish story
Diane Morgan has wrote a story that shows many different aspects of the Amish community, some that are good while others are bad. Lydia, a good Amish woman goes to help family in another state is gone for years. When she returns home to help her Mem and sister she runs into her old beau. Sparks fly between then but Jeremiah is with another Amish girl. Is there a chance for then to get back together? Will Lydia Mem's get better? What will become of Lydia when her beau from it if state turns up? lots of trusts and turns to keep you interested in the story. definitely a good book to read if you enjoy Amish stories.

An Amish Choice is a book written by Diana Morgan in her series My Amish Home. This book is a heartwarming story centering around the reunion of Heremiah Byler and Lydia Troyer. Both of these characters are very likeable and realistic. They were boyfriend and girlfriend when they were young but Jeremiah said something that Lydia overheard and it ended.
Jeremiah thought he had is life under control and then he discovered that after seven years away that Lydia had returned home. Will Jeremiah continue on the path he is already on or will Lydia change everything? Will Lydia be accepting of Jeremiah, I think you may be surprised.
What happens when a stranger shows up insidting that Lydia return home with him? What is she hiding? What will Jeremiah do? There is a rocky road ahead of several characters in this story but it will keep you reading to discover what will happen next.
This is a wondetgul story abd fast moving I enjoy the storyline and can't wait to see where the next book will take us.
