Jag hade väldigt svårt att ta till mig denna bok. Helt bortsett en typsättning som gjorde texten svårläst och en avsaknad av tillräcklig korrekturläsning, så gjorde de olika avsnittens skiljande stil och bitvis överlappande innehåll det väldigt tydligt att boken är skriven av många olika författare. Vissa delar innehöll även generaliserande påståenden om personlighetstyper som var grundlösa, onödiga och direkt frånstötande.
Trots bristerna fick jag som ny på området användbar översikt och tillgång till centrala begrepp och definitioner. Jag misstänker dock att mer erfarna arkitekter inte kommer få ut mycket av denna bok.
