"A research-based guide for educators to the practical methods of understanding, evaluating and facilitating the change process." another book for class that I recommend!! If you are curious about change and how it can be successful in large organizations… shoutout masters program for forcing me to read books I wouldn’t normally pick up off the shelf.

Understandably a reference when wanting to implement change in a school system and its professionals.

Another book, another set of ideas for how to lead. Specifically how to lead a school through reform and change, "innovation" as the book calls it. In my opinion it is a lot of words that amount to very little new information. At best it is a resource to give new administrators seeking advice as they begin their tenure.
