Started With A Lie

Rate this book
At first, it was all about revenge. To get back at her ex-best friend Karen for stealing the first boy she's ever truly liked, Ivory Flores speaks a lie explaining that she is the girlfriend of the notorious Lee Richardson. Who is Lee Richardson? Why, he's one of the richest—not to mention youngest— millionaires in the world. At least one product in your home is made by him, or at least one time you've stayed at one of his hotels. Now, it's all fun and games and Ivory is getting away with the lie until . . . Lee himself contacts her for the lie. What started as a little drama between two girls and one guy, extends to everything Ivory's ever known. Through a series of fights, secrets, deals, rules that eventually break, and trusting the wrong people, Ivory learns why lying will never get you anywhere.

I loved the premise of this book! The beginning was really good but somewhere along the way it became a bit booring... I might re-read it again because I left 1 or 2 chapters unread. But in a very distant future!

It's a great book. It's really cool because there are many twists turns in the book. The author is really good in expressing their feelings and i turn into a pool of mush from time to time. She has a great sense of rumor. this book has a great plot and storyline. Looking forward to her update.

Dorky, quirky, insanely cute, hilarious, and sometimes even sad.
