Pretty much every diagnosis that Blink makes in this book is astute and would make the NZ music industry better if implemented. But man it's a rough read. Rambling, error-filed and often weirdly defensive and combative, he constantly undermines his (very good) points with poor writing and an unpleasant tone. If he could get a ghost writer, to translate his observations, it might make a positive difference.
