It covers topics related to health, wellbeing and defence such breathing; systema massage; hand-to-hand combat; defending against multiple attackers; and developing mental resilience.
I find myself reading these notes on my commute to / from work / university and find them useful to solidify my understanding, and remind myself of certain Systema teaching in a short period of time.
