Small talk is a big deal, for sure. Actually, I am an Introvert, so I don't like to talk too much. But in some cases, I need to change myself to adapt to circumstances. This is really necessary. And that's why I "make friend" with this simple, useful book. There are a lot of specific situations to frustrate every opinions. The readers will feel everything be real and applicable-to-use.
Enjoy this book will help you understand something "small" but really useful. Don't be afraid of "having small talks" when it's necessary, you may gain a "big deal" in someway, you never think of.
