Everything you'd want in a college text, poor grammar, mindless dry walls of texts, perfect for your degree.

This was another required book for one of my classes. I think it's a good beginning for those in management of human service programs. For me it was a bit overwhelming at first, but the way my course was taught brought it all together nicely.
