Twice a day, you can read a Bible verse, a short thought, and pray the short, related prayer. If you're a busy woman and can only spare 5 minutes, or are looking for a gentle, easy way to get into the habit of regular reflection, this might be a good starting place.
The topics are varied, full of Biblical truth, thoughtful and relevant to daily life, though the day numberings were all over the place (the first in the eARC was day 10, followed by days 134 and 264..). That may have been an effect of the ARC though, which was unfortunately not particularly suited to the Kindle; the daily entries are graphical in nature, and had to be viewed in landscape mode where each appeared to be half the page (top half for the morning, bottom half for the evening). It will probably be a nice little book, though. If you've ever seen the perpetual spiral calendars with daily readings, it's similar to those. Ideal for a quick thought, and might inspire more reflection or give you some insight into potential topics for further study, but don't expect deep instruction.
