Dan Reeder has developed an art form that is unique by blending traditional paper mache and his own invention, cloth mache. In this book, he shows you the techniques while constructing a dragon and wall mounted dragon head trophies. The art is incredibly fun and the possibilities are endless. This book is probably my least favorite of the bunch. Dan has several other books about his art. This book is missing Dan's humor. It feels like the publisher wanted this book as a reaction to the growing popularity of Game Of Thrones and as such may have asked Dan to tone down the fun (and funny) bits. For me, his humor is part of the fun as it sets the tone for your projects. The book is well worth purchasing though. It is reasonably priced and each book as little pearls of information that other books don't. I have yet to make a dragon, but I am using some of the information in this book to make a 25 foot snake. :)

Great Fun! One of the best instructional books I've seen!
Not only did Mr. Reeder's instructions and photographs surpass my expectations, but his sense of humor and whimsy really do help encourage you to have fun and create something amazing!

I loved reading up the technique. I've got a few projects coming up that I can't wait to utilize my new knowledge for.
