I wouldn't call this book bad, but it's far from what I was looking for. It has some useful ideas and definitions, and it provides a useful analysis of basic phrases and strategies....but I expected a bit more from it, and feel disappointed. I know it's never a good idea to start reading a book with expectations in mind. Then again, it's impossible not to have any expectations, when you target a book for a specific reason (such as wanting to understand the social interaction during smalltalk better). Anyway....not bad, but far from what I was looking for.

I guess there are some useful things that could be summarized in one page at most. Not really worth my time.
