"Initial thoughts - this book is written by a powerful business & leadership [woman] mind. Why would a male be chosen to be the narrator?

The tone of the entire book is well thought out through past experiences and clearly delivered. As society grows and is shaped through science and technology, leadership has to add a human element without just using data or pride.

The moment you stop learning, you stop leading."
